I have been a client for a few years however, my latest experience was horrific and has had a dramatic impact on our household. I picked my dog up from a simple dental cleaning and tooth extraction procedure and his eyesight was gone. The vet could not provide any explanation as to what could have happened and did not even offer to look into it further. He showed no sympathy when he finally called me (after I left two messages for a call back) and he did not even ask me to bring him in for further examination. How can a dental procedure result in such a terrible outcome. Only thing I do know at this point is my Dachshund could see when I brought him to Saguaro Veterinary Clinic in the morning and he was blind when I picked him up that evening.

One of the few vets that still does ear croppings, which is hard to find. I have had a Dogo and Doberman done by them and both crops are done very well. As far the other comments on hear about there Dobermans ears not staying up. I had the same problem with one of my Dobermans and it took over a few years for it to set properly set. It was more of the dog extra large size and growth that did not allow the cartilage to set up right away. If youre new to ear cropping ask them to do a shorter ear crop and have faith and be diligent with your ear tapping. Your dogs ears will eventually stay up!

He is everything a vet and good person could become. Our kitten ate something and it got lodged in his intestines. We had to take him back over the course of several days. He hardly charged us anything, he just cares about the animals. On our last visit, when he got our cat to pass whatever was blocking him from using the litter box he charged us nothing. It was a Sunday and he came in on his own personal time. Im just so surprised there are people this good out there, this guy is an inspiration. Doing good deeds with no intention of monetary rewards. God bless him and the awesome staff

I had my dobermans ears done here too, they look great. you just have to be OCD about keeping the ears taped. I kept them taped for over 5 months... i didnt need to, but I didnt want to have an ear fall after they did such a good job on them. they are fair and dont rape you for little things, and they are extremely accommodating. they stayed open for me one day 20 mins after they closed so I could rush over and pick up my dogs medication because he had kennel cough. Ive been to a few vets and I like these guys the best so far.

I got my Dobermans ears cropped and 1 ear always flaps down. I know there are no guarantees but I know several people who had the same problem from this exact same vet. I highly discourage ear cropping at this location. Also this facility is very dirty. Dust caked in the operating room equipment and sometimes no use of gloves during procedures. I actually care for my animal enough to stay away from this place. Hope this helps and Good luck.

Brought our new kitty in to get checked out and get shots. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I was impressed how efficiently their office office is run. We were able to be seen by the Doctor, receive necessary bloodwork, vaccines given, questions answered, scheduled for next round of shots and make payment, all in just under an hour.

Every person at Saguaro Vet Clinic is wonderful, friendly, and experienced. Dr. Soltero is very caring and goes the extra mile. This is the first vet office I have been too that I do not feel like they are over charging or trying to give my dog something he really doesnt need. I travel from the west valley, and it is defiantly worth the drive!!

This is the most wonderful place I can ever imagine to take pets for care. The staff is wonderful, the doctors are amazing! Very caring, considerate, professional. We will not take our critters to any other place. We recommend this clinic and rate it the BEST in Phoenix, by far.

Everyone was very nice and we werent keep waiting long. This was our first time going as we just adopted Karlie from the Fetch Foundation. My only negative feedback and not really that important, is the waiting area is tight especially if your dog isnt well socialized yet.

I cant say enough good things about the staff and especially Dr. Ketchmark at Saguaro Vet Clinic. My Doberman had a serious injury to her leg and the way he followed her healing was great. I have 3 Dobermans and 4 cats and I highly recommend this vet.
