Had two ingrown nails removed. My appointment was 1pm and was told come an hour and a half early. So I do and fill out all the paperwork. They take me up to the surgery area and change into my gown. I sat in my gown waiting for Dr Bui to come and tell me hes ready for me. I ended up sitting waiting in my gown for over three hours! Mind you I was told one oclock for my appointment. This is unacceptable to me. Its a good thing I took off work. In those 3 hours no one came and updated me on the situation. Overall the procedure was good but if you are planning on having anything done there plan on being there all day.

I rated this Hospital 1 star because of my recent visit. My whife and I were waiting to be seen and attended to but the woman ignored us for at least what seemed to be 5 minutes. After waiting the nurse came and I asked the nurse what the ladys name was and I believe Her name was Shelley. She made us feel as if we werent a priority and was very rude. She seemed overwhelmed and had more important things to do then to help us. We will not be returning
