I visited a friend that was in the ICU on the 8th of August. He had been there for a few days already. The front entrance staff were very helpful. Instead of just telling us how to get to his room they walked me and my friend all the way to his door. The nurses on the ICU Ward were very friendly and told us everything they were allowed to about his condition. He was asleep when we first arrived and we just sat in his room waiting for him to wake up. His doctor came in and said he would need to wake him up for his exam. We waited outside his room until the doctor was finished. When we went back in my friend told me about his condition and everyones concerns for him. He also said that his time in the hospital he had been treated great and with much respect. Of course, he was ready to go home also. During our visit the staff treated us and my friend with much concern and were very accomodating and friendly. Wonderful experience at YRMC East Campus.

This hospital as really declined lately. I was there 3 weeks ago with a bowel obstruction and massive amounts of abdominal pain. I never once saw a doctor after being there for 3 hours and was never even given a scan... just told that I didnt have an obstruction... today, my wife and my mother in law have been there for 8 hours and the nurse is being rude and they have seen a doctor one time... theyre ready to walk out even though she might need surgery to remove her gall bladder. Is this service? Is this health care? Very disappointed

We had a really wonderful experience with the lab there at the hospital. My young child had to have some lab work done for the first time along with my husband. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to both of them, especially our little one who was not an easy client. The girls were amazing and we will return there specifically for any future needs.

All of the staff at YRMC East Emergency Department were amazing when I brought my son in for a head injury. His doctor, Dr. Shuter was phenomenal with him and explained everything to him in a way that he understood and took seriously. Our nurses Tom & Tom were attentive and very comical. Overall it was our best ER experience to date. Kudos!!

I think its funny that the only reviews they respond to are the good ones been to both hospitals pv and prescott and every time we go all they know how to do is shoot you up and act extremely rude i have had specialists tell me to go to the er and i get a bag of fluids after they poke me a doesn times cuz there staff cant even do that right

This hospital never seems to find whats wrong with people. Instead they offer you their opinion on what "might" be wrong and then offer solutions that never work cause they dont actually know what the problem is in the first place. Not to mention the fact that you sit there and wait for 2-3 hours just to hear some nonsense.

I have been here for 3 hours and Im still in the waiting room. This is by far the longest Ive ever been in the waiting room. As for the rest, every time I come here the nurses are rude and the staff has treated me like I was dirt! I wish we had another hospital in this town!

This is the worse hospital i have ever been to they almost killed my husband sending him home 3 times before they did something about his gull blader amazing how they let stupid people practice medicine out here
