My Mom just had spinal fusion surgery last week at Oasis. We loved Andrea and Kim(ICU Nurses). Other than that, you can have this place! My father took care of getting a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) pre-approved and a bed reserved for 4 days of rehab after my Mom was due to be discharged from the hospital. However, on the day of discharge, someone from the hospitals case management department took it upon themselves to call the insurance company and inform them that they should cancel my Moms SNF approval because she "didnt need it!" My Dad found out the morning of discharge that she wasnt going to rehab but home with him where he was not prepared for her yet! The hospital told us that the insurance company denied it at the last minute instead of taking responsibility for it. Surgery waiting room? Nope. You just get to sit in the front lobby and stare at the walls as there are no TVs in the place. As much as we loved the 2 nurses mentioned above, the overnight ICU nurses were terrible.

I just had a two level cervical spinal fusion surgery on Aug 30; the day Dr. Justin Field gave me my life back!! I have nothing but good to say about the hospital, the nurses, and the staff and mostly Dr Field!!! Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly, professional, and also helped make my stay as comfortable as they possibly could!! I am most greatful to all who played a part in helping me get on the road to recovery! I have never seen a more friendly, outstanding, and professional staff like I saw here at the Oasis Hospital!! Great job and thank you all so much for being such wonderful, caring, professional, and outstanding people!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! PS: the food was delicious too!! Thank you!!

I was a patient at Oasis Hospital one week ago. I had to be fitted in for surgery at the facility. Surgery I was scheduled for elsewhere had to be canceled due to more issues in my knee the week prior. I was told to be at the hospital 3 hours before my scheduled time. My surgery was completed before the scheduled time as I had been swept into surgery early. The recovery went well and I was moved to my beautiful private room.The food was delicious ( matter of fact I was to be discharged and I knew my dinner tray was coming, so I stayed to eat. HUM!) Nurses on 2nd floor were outstanding! The hospital deserves an A++++ Matter of Fact my Mother-in-law is going to the facility tomorrow for surgery. I personally would not go anywhere else!

I had my surgery here and spent one night before being discharged. The nurses were very attentive. When I needed help, my call button was answered immediately. Even though I probably requested more attention than I should have, I never was given the impression that I was a bother or a pest. My physical therapist, Jason, was amazing. He got me moving and made it fun even when Id rather just lie there. I only had one true meal and the food was great. My husband was able to enjoy the food more than I as I was on a liquid diet for a while. I wouldnt hesitate to return there if I had to have more orthopedic surgery and would recommend this hospital to anyone having knee surgery.

Hospital stays are not pleasant ; but this was an anomaly. The entire staff , from Registration to Discharge were friendly, accommodating, caring and professional. The transition from Surgery to care was flawless and ALL nurses, PCN, Case managers were wonderful -to name a few, but certainly not limited to -Kaley, Lauren ,Maddie, Kimberly , Ash were truly compassionate and caring in their chosen profession. The kitchen staff were very accommodating and the food was prepared well. I am really not looking forward to my next scheduled surgery there-but I know I will be in good and caring hands !

My mom had back surgery today and although I was not there - this review is from my Dad. "I was VERY impressed with Dr. Justin Field and the staff at Oasis Hospital. They were very courteous manners in not only taking care of the patient, but also checking in on our family to see if they could do anything for us. Dr. Fields had incredible bedside manner and put her at ease explaining what he was going to do and making sure she was comfortable with all that was discussed. I am VERY appreciative at the way everything turned out and couldnt be more pleased with our experience."

I was disappointed when I found out my back surgery would be done at Oasis rather than Thompson Peak. I was so wrong. OASIS was wonderful. The staff was five star. Everyone was caring and informative. My Doctor (Mark Wang) was fantastic and I was pain free from the time I awoke after surgery. I just cant say enough about my whole procedure and will be eternally grateful. I just received a get well card from OASIS staff. You and my Doctor are now my BFFs .

I had an out-patient distal bicep repair done at Oasis and cant say enough good things about the whole experience. From intake to release the entire staff was very friendly and yet professional. Every step in the process was thoroughly explained and I was kept entirely at ease from start to finish. I even received a follow-up call on the 2nd day after surgery to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions. Oasis is a top notch facility.

The staff here for the most part were very rude, not personable at all if you needed something like to use the restroom you had to ask the cleaning lady. The needs were not important nor attended to as they should have been & as a result my father was unable to have his procedure done due to "complications" in the care of this staff & he will now suffer for weeks before he can reschedule & hopefully when he does its not here

I spent two nights at this hospital and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the facility and the staff. I was treated with respect at all times, everyone was friendly and very helpful. Response time when I needed something was always within a few minutes. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you all for a great experience.

Horrible phone service spoke with diane, very rude hung up on me several times, had very little patience, you guys need to monitor the calls. I work in a call center for state farm. and this bahavior is not tolerated. Very unprofesional. I will be reporting this call.

Exceptional nursing care, friendly staff that go above and beyond. The environment is very clean, it doesnt smell like a hospital, the food is amazing resturant quality! Thank you to Amy B, Peggy H, and Caryn V for making our stay a great one!

Amazing staff, from registration to nurses to the doctors. The food is great and any time I needed anything, there was always someone to help or answer my questions. If you have to have orthopedic surgery, this is the only place to go!
