If you care for your loved one, avoid Landmark at all costs. My cousin was there for a month and a half. I went and seen him nearly every single day. There were times he went seven hours without one person coming in to do their job. Not to mention they have an extreme talent for ignoring the alarms that are going off constantly. Fortunately they said we had to leave due to insurance reasons. Which was because the doctors said there was no change in his condition. It was 42 days when he opened his eyes for the first time, we felt that was amazing, and definitely a change in his condition. This continued to happen more and more. How that couldnt be a change in his condition I will never know. Maybe they could have check on him a more often and they could have seen these changes. There were a couple of good employees, but for the most part it was horrible. Well it turns out that leaving was the BEST thing ever. We have him in Country Life now. WOW!!! What an amazing place. Ive seen them do more for our loved one in one day than I seen in a month and a half at Landmark. And they are trying to do everything they can to help with insurance issues. Thanks for making us leave Landmark, that was the one and only good thing you did for us. Sorry but this is all fact. Jason

Landmark is THE place to receive the highest level of critical care. The ONLY facility with all exclusive private rooms with private bathroom and showers, which allows us to keep infection down, allow patients/family the peace and quiet to heal, and allow for family to stay with them, which offers the family support needed through tough times. The team of HIGHLY skilled Intensivists, Pulmonologists, Wound/ID, Cardio, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, take our patients care to the highest level of importance. If your loved one is in need of our high level of care, we welcome you and your family to tour our facility and see why we are the best in Utah at taking care of your loved one, and getting them on the road to recovery and back to how they are used to living!

This place is a horrible place I would not recommend working there. There are never enough patients in house in order to receive hours, hours are always cut constantly. The management is horrible they only think about themselves theres no support within each management group they also have there favorites. If youre looking for a hospital to care for your love ones I dont recommend Landmark, I see call lights going off constantly and nobody want to go check them, patients numerously asking for help.

Landmark Hospital is the only LTAC in the Salt Lake area with private rooms, bathrooms, showers, etc., for all of their patients. The hospital is bright, spacious and extremely clean. The staff is very caring and highly trained. Decisions about care transitions can be difficult. If you have been referred to an LTAC facility make sure to stop by for a tour and have your questions answered.

I was in this facility for 6 weeks. The doctors, cna, and physical and occupational therapists were wonderful. The food was good also. I received outstanding wound care. My transfer to another facility was less than satisfactory. I felt it was exceed and unnecessarily abrupt. Not all of my medical information was provided to the next facility.
