Horrible experiencia Dios quiera nunca tenga que volver a ese hospital malos doctores más el que atendió. Mi hija no siquiera la examino solo se puso a mandarle hacer un montón de exámenes que no eran necesarios. Mi pobre hija término traumada y ella solo tenia mucho Dolor de estómago y diarrea y el disque doctor. Rangel todavía le da antibióticos . Que porq tenía una bacteria en el estómago que tenía infección en a la orina que a lo y mejor era la pendice y nada de eso tenía mi hija el antibiótico la puso peor y como estabas de vacaciones en California no la pude llevar con su pediatra . Pero en cuanto llegamos a mi ciudad vimos el pediatra de mi hija y ella solo tenía un virus y este disque doctor dándole para infección por bacteria que horror de médico Pero gracias a Dios mi hija si tiene un buen pediatra en cuanto paro el antibiótico ella se puso mejor pero me da mucho coraje todo lo que mi hija tuvo que pasar en ese hospital horrible

I have never experienced such a horrible place. Post surgery (total hip replacement) i was in excruciating pain. After signalling for a help it took at least 45 min. for a nurse to show up and then nothing was done to relieve the pain. It wasnt util the middle of the next day that the dosage in my pain medication was increased enough to render me any sort of relief. I was discharged two days after surgery and felt totally neglected the whole time i was there. It took over two hours on one occasion to even speak with a nurse and when i complained i was told that someone had been in cardiac arrest, the staff was overwhelmed and how dare i complain under such circumstances! I was released from the hospital and sent to a very good recovery center. After being admitted the nurse went to dress my wound and was horrified to find that it had become infected and was covered in feces. They photographed the wound to document the state of neglect it was in.

Worst experience ever! Went in with a migraine, they took me back quick enough but they put me in this room with a glass door (it was broken, you needed brute force to open it) I sat there for 5 minutes before the nurse came in. Then another 15 before the Dr came in. (Not bad so far) The Dr spent 30 seconds with me and she said the nurse would be back with a shot. The nurse came in 10 minutes later with the shot. She then told me she would check on me in 15 minutes. Well, an HOUR and a half later she trys to come in but the door is stuck. 15 minutes later they get the door open. She finally comes in after another 15 minutes and asks me how I am feeling, I told her not good She said she would send the Dr back in. Half hour later I just got up and walked out! (There were only 2 other patients, Where the hell was the Dr ) BTW, no one ever called me to see where I was or what happened to me.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not come here!!!!!. They are so rude and security and other staff like to laugh and make fun of patients. Its sad that anyone can act that way let alone people in a helping profession. It should really be addressed. Also they treat psychiatric patients horribly in the er . They physically restrain and chemically restrain patients for no reason at all or for questioning staff as to what is going on. Then when family tries to address this problem managers say you are wrong and the patient was out of control when you know what you saw with your own eyes. If they cant handle psychic patients unless they are tied down and injected with stuff to sleep, then they should not accept patients or close down. I just dont understand how this place is still up and running. Stay clear of this place at all costs.

I needed to go to the ER, and being new to the area, this hospital was the closest to my home. I wasnt too sure by the looks of it, but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty by taking such good care of me, a senior disabled person. In all my years, I have never had such wonderful care by the ER doctor and especially the ER nurses. The front desk and the triage nurse were also caring, I didnt have much of a wait and was seen right away. Even with all the testing, IVs, etc, I was in and out in only five hours. [The previous town I lived in could take up to two days just to get into the ER bed and then wait forever just for a physician to come in, not to mention all the testing to be done.] I loved this place and will certainly return if I ever need to be seen in an ER again!!!

One of the most horrible places Ive ever been to. Many bad experiences from this hospital. I literally had a hole in my knee and they didnt even bother cleaning it up to prevent infection, when I asked for something for pain the doctor just gave me a bothered expression and asked me something like what for pain. Not even a week later my injury got infected, even after tending to it as told. Also, my niece was taken there for a high fever and they wouldnt even attend her, because there was no doctor available. My mothers husbands brother was sent here because e had a nail in his arm and they cut his arm up just to end up saying they couldnt do anyhin about it. By far one of the most disappointing places

I HAD A C-SECTION ON 2009. I was TOLD THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE A PRIVATE ROOM SO MY SPOUSE COULD TAKE OF ME AT NIGHT, AND DAY, BUT I DIDNt, I HAD TO SHARE A ROOM WITH ANOTHER PERSON, I COULD BARELY EVEN HAVE MY FAMILY MEMBERS VISIT ME, MY SPOUSE HAD TO LEAVE @9Pm AND I WOULD BE ALONE ALL NIGHT WITH SOME NURSES THAT DONt EVEN HELP, 0 STARS BECAUSE I DIDNt LIKE THE SERVICE I GOT THERE, EVEN THE GOWN WAS NASTY, I COULD TELL SEE THE BLOOD EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ALREADY BEEN WASHED, DEFENATELY DONt RECOMmend THIS PLACE NOT EVEN FOR AN EMERGENCY, I WAS TREATED LIKE TRASH, THEY DO HELP You BREASTFEED BUT, THATs NOTHING, THEY SHOULD OF HAVE GIVEN ME A PRIVATE ROOM, SINCE I HEARd THAT THERE WAS ALOT EMPTY!!

Never get service here again. My wife just had her baby today and time after time the nurses bumped here in to every wall they could when transferring rooms. I made a complaint with the charge nurse. They changed to nurses and gave us new ones. Then I went to go get the diaper bag from our car and security wouldnt let me back in. I let them know I am the father and the security continued to not let us in. Not until I brought up my lawyer they let me in. There has been too many mishaps in this time thats suppose to be a happy memory. But because of this hospital it hasnt been and wont be. My family and I are very mad with there service.
