I like how you schedule an appointment a month in advance and still end up waiting an hour to see a doctor and pray you dont see doctor zahra shahim shes too busy thinking of reasons not to help you with your issues like in my case (a glassses profile for work) her reasoning-" that someone else may go into my workplace with glasses and pretend to be me"?! and dont ever bother calling this place their too busy playing minecraft to answer the phone. Oh well I guess you get what you pay for

Ive had good luck with this clinic. It takes a little time to get things rolling initially, but if you have your ID and paperwork in order, things move right along after that. Most of the time you wind up going to Long Beach or San Diego anyway, but it all starts at the clinics. The staff is pleasant and as personable as you are, so be nice even if you dont feel that way. Too bad Claim Jumper isnt open next to them anymore.

Very convenient and staff are very nice. However trying to call them in the phone by using Option 3 is next to impossible (no one ever answers) and also I have had to redo paperwork that was completed and time stamped by the gentleman with the office in the waiting room. However, compared to most VA clinics/hospitals Ive been to, this one is a gem that we need to keep secret so it doesnt get too many clients!!

They DO NOT answer phone when using the extension given. Overall, for a ,military type, clinic, they get the job done However, Long Beach is a irrevocable joke for any appointment issues. When, and if, seen,. Can not comprehend the doctors, they language skills , in English, generally, are terrible. Waiting at counter is so terrible I can not even place into words. Retired USAF/ E-8!!

the staff at the clinic was very helpful. the doctor that i saw was calm, thurough, professional, and the wait time was minimal. for a military clinic, this one was one of the best. i waited at long beach all day, but here they are smaller, and can help better. you dont get lost in the paperwork, and walking from department to depanrtment.

Very helpful and polite, excellent service from the front desk, She answered the phone on the second ring every time and took care of all my concerns. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Vets are very fortunate in that area to have such good and caring people there to help with all their needs.

Best VA Clinic youll go to. Dont try to do anything over the phone, its impossible. Save your time and frustration by going online and book appointments/medication refills through ebenefits. Also, if youre in the area, going to the clinic is also another option.

Super friendly, and genuinely want to help you. However, getting paperwork from them can take a bit, plan accordingly.
