In the last 4 years I have had a heart attack and my spine fused. Both were a dramatic impact on myt life. I have been a patient here for over 3 years and have been pleased w my doctor, the level of care, and the people in the front office. When making the change from my PPO insurance to Medi-care I was concerned; but, I have NOT noticed a drop in quality or attentiveness. The only expectation you should have is that they are there to help you. You still must be your own advocate when considering your healthcare where ever you choose to go. As with any medical office one builds relationships with the staff and I am quite happy and comfortable with my choice.

I was there on the weekend waiting 3 hours, if youre a walk-in prepare not to be seen or wait more than 2 plus hours or until someone misses their appt then if you are LUCKY you might see the doctor then. I brought my son who had a terrible cough and mucus, eye infection and runny nose shortly after, my son got a fever. I left after waiting for too long... really in that case I should of gone to the ER!? Who makes you wait that long with an infant. I did go to ER after leaving this place. Please avoid!! Youve been warned!! Staff said it was out of their hands they couldnt do much for him to be seen sooner. I had a better experience at the ER.

My Doctor has been fabulous. She spent time with me, took care of my concerns, referrals needed and over all good experiences. The staff at times have not always been helpful and transfer me to leave messages that are never returned. I do get frustrated with the lack of personal care by the staff, but I understand they follow a certain protocol. I just felt pushed aside, that I would have to wait for an appointment, in the meantime I had an infection getting more severe during the wait and would have liked a prescription or a call back by the dr. But overall good care.

Worst experience Ive ever had just because I didnt get there 10 min before they didnt want to give me my appoment so stupid plus I told them I needed my results and my medication they didnt bother to help me at all. I regret coming here to this clinic so I dont recommend it. Especially since the ladys in the front are rude well just the one that helped me out.

I needed a correction on a form which was the fault of the nurse practitioner. It was 4:30 in the afternoon on Wed, it is now Mon and the form has yet to be sent. 2 words needed fixing, and I still am unable to return to work, because it takes 5 days to correct 2 words and send a fax.

They Never answer the phone. Not sure exactly why maybe they are too busy however I feel like something needs to be done to make this place more efficient for their clients.

Like being in Tijuana. Extremely long wait for someone to answer the phone. Crowded waiting room, disorganized and inept staff. Enter at your own risk.

The doctor Elizabeth Zacarias is wonderful, but the other staff is not really good. It is very difficult to set appointments there.

Phone line wait of half HR and then they hang up on you!!! Not the first time either !!!
