Hello All, I Do not Recomend this place EVER! Warning your pets life is at RISK I have been rescue a abondon cat & his foot was swollen& looked broken, so i spoke with several local vets and explained the situation , I am terminally Ill and have no $$$, so I was looking for help for the cat, Monica reffered me to PAWS and they they said they would be able to help! I thought great someone cares :) well Monica only cared about getting that check from PAWS , nothing for this unfortunate cat. so they ran up a big bill with uneeded services, lied to me a said hed be fine and didnt need any further treatments he was good togo just xray and a couple shots. so he was fine that night but woke up sick again next morning(sat) and sicker next day(sun), monday I called and spoke with Monica and she told me i had too pay for another appt & exam etc. I was schocked! when I complained she said I should goto VCA Hospital , so I did , prolly the best thing she did for him they did a physical exam & it turns out his foot was infected and abcessed , they asked if All About Pets informed me of this? no they did not ,did they tell me they broke open the wound , no they did not they sure charged me $100 for xray tho! the Vet then asked what medications(shots) they gave , I said a anti-inflamitory & antibiotic, well he didnt need anti-inflamitory and they gave him incorrect antibiotic so I had to buy the correct antibiotic for the abcess and they had to install a drain also costs me another $400 , because it had become so infected ,if they had just done their job it should only costed me $100 for the physical exam($50) and antibiotic($40) instead it was $250 at All About Pets and $400 @ VCA Hospital $650 altogether my god they outta be ashamed! I am so deeply upset for the rescue cat because they really could have made a big difference in his Health with the help from PAWS but instead they ripped him off :( know he is still very sick and ineed of more health care, he needs all vaccines too whick I told them he needed but didnt get He needs a xray of his chest cavity and stomach organs also as they failed todo this at both places He most likely is going to die this summer as I dont have the money for the xrays & exam I told them he was attacked by a dog and needed help, and thanks to All About Pets he wont get it Shame on you! Be Warned if you go here and are not a patient they will take advantage of you, they took advantage of me! the lady Monica treated me Horrible, know I believe it was because I was broke and asking for help and I couldnt complain because PAWS was paying the bill. there was a nice lady working there that checked me in and out, I forget her name tho but youll see if you dare togo there

A decent veterinarian, though a bit pricey. Unfortunately, there seems to be a new receptionists who is rude and inflexible. We have never experienced this before with this hospital. She refused to let us check in because we were ten minutes late, although the other receptionist was holding our file ready to go, and there were no other patients in the office (or even in the parking lot!). The (new?) receptionist told us that there is a 10 minute policy and that we would have to reschedule three weeks later. We have been clients of theirs for over two years now, and we were never informed of this policy until now. We have been late in the past without issues. I admit, I should have called ahead of time. I was sick at the time too, and was having a hard time getting out of the house. It was also obvious that my dog was in need of medical attention, so she (my dog) couldnt wait another three weeks. To put a new policy before the patients needs is pretty heartless. We had to call around to see if anyone else was willing to take her. We eventually had to resort to taking her to a pet emergency hospital (which is even more costly). Due to this, we will be transferring our pets to a different hospital for all future appointments.

They completely misdiagnosed my cat, and made him suffer for 3 weeks. Unacceptable. The owner vet doesnt seem to like cats, more of a horse person. She handles injured animals like they are pieces of meat. Not friendly or soothing. The other vet completely missed the broken smashed tooth creating the near-fatal infection/impaction. But she somehow managed to give me an estimate of $800 for a cleaning of his tartar after examining his mouth for injury an inexplicably finding none. I had to beg for antibiotics that were injectable rather than banana flavored liquid, and when she walked away I asked if my cat was on pain, and the owner vet woman said, oh yes, probably very, very painful. Then she walked away. I had to chase her down and ask, can we give him a painkiller then? Oh sure she said. So this place no longer has my business. All told hes been suffering for 3 weeks with no relief from anything. Thanks for nothing All About Pets. Cant wait to give you more money! Not.

Gave them $160 in cash Pryor to my dogs being spayed which should have cost $80 total when I returned to get my dogs they said they gave my dogs a pain shot and I needed to pay about $70 for that well 80+70=150 so they should have owed me $10 from the $160 cash we gave them instead they charged the $70 to our card and said we only gave them $60 cash which is a lie so they ended up pocketing about $70 plus from us and to top it off one of my dogs is now sick and cant eat drink or hardly even move I do not recommend ever going to all about pets or as I like to call them all about money

Have been taking my dog here for about 4 years now. I must say they treat my buddy exceptionally well and they have always been had a very friendly staff. Ive had emergencies and they get you in as soon as they can..if its an extreme emergency they would see you same day, otherwise expect the same wait as any other place in town. I used to take my dog to other places in town before I found All About Pets and have only been to them since. If you havnt been here I would recommend you give them a try. Your pets will thank you, and so will your wallet.

Take all my pets here. They are kind and compassionate. Very understanding and never judgmental about the needs of my pets. The best part is they have never tried to hide the serious of the medical conditions that my pets have faced. They have always been up front about the cost and care.

Have had an excellent experience with the staff and veterinarian whistle the routine check up on my 19 year old cat. They are very patient, nice, and take them time with you and your pet for whatever the need is. Great place.

Very good with my new puppy. They are super friendly, to people and animals which is nice. They had excellent communication and follow up. I am considering leaving my current vet of four years because they were so awesome.
