My experience with the cat doctor has been nothing short of exceptional. I am a very particular person, who has tried at great lengths to put my cats health and care in the best hands. I am 26 years old and I have had my furry family members since I was 14 years old, with this being said this is more than I pet to me. My cat is naturally thin with lots of energy. About a yeah and a half ago my cat started having excessive discharge from the eyes and then a runny nose was to follow. I would be given and antibiotics and for a while that helped. my cat would get temporally better for a while and then she would decline again but now followed by sever dehydration, trouble breathing and a low temperature. They would treat my cat with IV fluids, prescribe more antibiotics and after so long even that stopped working and my cat got more sicker more often. In this time I have financially exhausted myself paying for exams fees (every visit) blood work (at multiple clinics) medications (antibiotics) special food, and overnight hospitalization fees. (for the same repetitive treatments). After getting the help that I desperately needed from Dr. Craig at The Cat Doctor, I then realized an additional thing every other pet clinic or hospital failed to do in all this time and that is be given an adequate referral, even when ask, as I have done many, many times. After two visit with Dr. Craig he was able to give me an accurate diagnosis and being the process or reviving my cats health. He is more both more knowledgeable, and informative than most. The prices are exceptionally reasonable, and they staff he has are superior as well. I urge you to start here, where you cats health is catered to and is truly the number one priority. I wish I would have come here first, and I hope you do. I will never go anywhere else. I give this pace 100,000 stars!

I took my cat here for his cloudy eye. The medicince they put him on ended up causing him ulcers. The vet I had been seeing was no longer there, she had begun to slowly take him off the medicine because of the ulcers and the improvement he had. When I brought him back the new vet I was seeing increased his dose, causing more ulcers. Both my husband and I decided to stop the treatment for his eyes, which once the ulcers were gone, seemed to sloce his pain issue. So I called another cat specialist that I had taken my previous cat to when her kidneys were failing to find out what his opinion was. When I asked him he was suprised they even treated my cats cloudy eye. It caused him no pain and was very minor. With the ulcers he said hed advice to not restart the medications. We now take him in periodically to keep an eye on things but he is in no pain and can see just fine (as evident when he brought me a live bird this morning from the deck). I feel like I threw that money away on meds that just cause him pain. He is a happy and healthy kitty now. I felt like I didnt have an option other then the meds when I came in. It was the same with the vaccines. I understand why they want the luekima vaccine initially if they are around other cats but all my cats have had a reaction so we opt out now. I just dont appriciate the feeling of spend this money or you dont love your cat. That isnt the case, sometimes it is best not to give them something.

I was a mess when I found my cat. He was on the street and had just been hit by a car. I was distraught. My husband and I drove to The Cat Doctor in Federal Way. I was crying uncontrollably. The employee sitting behind the desk was going to greet me with a smile but when I opened the door and she saw my face, wet with tears, she stopped and knew something was wrong. She hurried my husband into the exam room. He was cradling our fur baby. My cat passed away in my husbands arms. Starbucks is very much loved. My heart will forever be broken, but the way the employee treated us, I cant thank her enough. I was crying so much... I thought I would never stop crying. A week later, we received Starbuckss clay imprinted paw prints, and a card signed by individual staff members. They are wonderfully compassionate. A big thank you to The Cat Doctor staff. I will recommend you to every feline owner who is looking for a place they can trust with their little loved ones.

When we began to question the care our cat was getting from a prior veterinarian (we had been to several vets with our cat), our pet sitter suggested we might like to try Cat Doctor. We began with a wellness visit, just to check them out, and now we will take our kitty nowhere else! We can tell she is handled with kindness and love by the way she behaves, and the communication with the doctors and staff is top notch. The vets at Cat Doctor truly do "think outside the box," pursuing the most effective and least invasive care possible. And they are willing to discuss all options when facing an expensive care situation. We have found we get a better value for our vet dollars because the care is tailored to our cats individual needs. We only wish many of the "people" physicians we have been to in the past had as much compassion and professionalism as this veterinarian service does!

My parents have been taking their cats here for years and they have always received the best in feline healthcare from these experienced, feline-focused veterinarians. When my partner and I adopted a 10-week-old kitten, The Cat Doctor was the first place we thought of to take him! He saw Dr. Rosie, who is amazing with little cats as well as adult cats, and she got us situated with their all-inclusive Well-Kitten Package for all of the necessary vaccinations, as well as 10% off neutering service. Overall, the service has been both high-quality and affordable. Even when I had concerns about our kittens baby teeth, Dr. Rosie patiently explained not to worry, and she didnt even charge us for that appointment. My partner and I will never take our cat anywhere else!

Well Ive been through life and death with Dr. Craig and I cant say I would have wanted it to be with any other Vet or staff. I had a twenty-five year old cat who had to be out to sleep and the Dr. Craig, Dr. Nellie and the staff made a what was a traumatic situation bearable. Ive taken two cats with life threatening conditions and a total of four cats to The Cat Doctor in the last two years. I swear by professionalism, knowledge and care that The Cat Doctor brings to each and every member of my furry family. Unless I move out of the state it will always remain that way. I love these people!

I was referred to Dr Craig Tebeau by another vet when my 12 year-old tabi started to rapidly lose weight with no explanation. Dr Craig really went out of his way to be helpful and supportive, and the staff often accommodated us on short notice. Our cat was terminally ill, but with the help of Dr Craig and all of the staff at the Cat Doctor we were able to extend our cats life six months beyond all predictions, and she was in very good spirits right up to the end. I have also worked with Dr Christine Gray and been extremely pleased with her knowledge, thoroughness and empathy.
