I had (past tense) been taking my dog to Adobe for 4 years, initially was happy, referred some friends there. THEN my dog came down with cancer, in his blood, liver, and stomach. Within 24 hours my bill was $1800, that was fine, I loved my dog, we were going to try chemo & radiation. I paid $600 the first day just to put some money down on his treatment. The day after he was diagnosed, he was to start the chemo, unfortunately he passed away that morning, he was 7 years old. The cancer was that fast. I WAS DEVASTATED!!! I left work early to take care of everything, and bury him in his favorite spot in the back yard. I had been talking to the staff all day long that day and the day before. When I went to pick him up, I was a sobbing mess. They wouldnt give him to me until I paid the bill in full!! GIVE ME MY DOG! Again, I had been going there for 4 years, had ALWAYS paid my bills. I just wanted to bury my dog. This had happened so fast that I was devastated. He had been through my bad relationships, and both of us growing up, both him and I. I hadnt taken my purse with me when I went to pick up his body, first they asked for a check, when I explained I got a ride there to get him because I was too upset to drive, they asked if I had a credit card on me. I was standing in the waiting room crying, and they were badgering me for money. No customer sympathy, nothing. They then told me I couldnt have my dogs body until it was taken care of. Finally I told them I would sign a statement that I would take my dog, bury him, and then get in my car and drive back to pay them before 8:00pm. NO FEELINGS AT ALL!! That is what I did, took my dog home, buried him, and with dirt still on my hands and closed drove back and gave them a check for the balance in full. I didnt mind paying the balance, I was devastated that within 48 hours of me noticing my dog was sick, he died. I received no condolences, sympathy from the staff. I got "I need the money". I did call and let the actual vet know how I was treated, and she was indifferent, she didnt care. I have since told everyone I know who has pets to stay away from Adobe. I am now a faithful and loyal customer of Disney Pet Hospital, and send people I know there way now. They care about my animals, and they care about me, they actually call you at home to follow up on how your animals feel and are doing.

I do not recommend them! We used them for a couple years with no problem, only using them for yearly visits since our dog was never sick. We recently got a new puppy and brought her in to be looked at the day after we bought her. They asked for a stool sample to test, which we provided. They said, "Well only call if there is a problem with it." I never received a call, so I assumed she was fine. Two weeks later, she was very sick, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargic, and not gaining weight! I called the office to book her third puppy shot and they informed me that her medicine had been sitting there for 2 weeks!! "What medicine!?!?" Was my response. She said that my puppy had a parasite and they tried calling me. I never received a missed call or voice-mail. My husband and I were furious! We went in that day to pickup the meds, which we now had to get for both of our dogs because the parasite she has is very contagious. They never once apologized or offered to pay for the meds for our other dog. We asked for both our dogs records and will not be returning! Unless youre looking for careless veterinary care, do not go to Adobe!

I have been an Adobe Animal Hospital client for more than 10 years. Dr. Killian and her staff are amazing!!! I feel like we are all one big family. The care and devotion they have for my pets is beyond my expectations. My husband and I recently lost our beloved Zoey who became victim to heart failure. She passed on Thanksgiving morning and on Friday morning we took her to Adobe for guidance and assistance with her cremation. The front office staff and the technician were so gentle with our feelings, helped create little paw prints, and guided me on the process for the cremation. I would never dream of going to another vet.

They are flim-flaming you about the shots. they over charged me and i questioned them about a regular booster shot and they said thats the way it is now. it is a lie, i called other vet hospitals and did research on it. DO NOT take your animals to this vet hospital they are lying about the shots and will over charging you for them.! out a $100!

Its better to read first review before you go there . I agree that the lady in front desk is rude and dont know how to talk with customers. I went to yelp to read what people talking about this place and i see that a lot of there customers saying that the personal is rude . Be aware after 2 times you came prices jumping 3 time more .

Nice, down-to-earth, people, who provide quality care. The doctors are honest, non-nonsense, and qualified; the staff are friendly and helpful. We took our last dog here, for many years, and now they take care of our new bundle of furry joy!

We are new to the area and did not know where to take our new pup for his shots. They are very friendly and welcoming to the animals. While he got his shots he did not even really notice. He is always happy to go to the Adobe.
