I called on Saturday 3/15 after I noticed a lump on one of my Miniature Schnauzers while I was brushing him...instinctively I felt concerned and had a bad feeling about it. So I called our regular Vet, but they were too busy and were not very understanding with my concerns...at a friends recommendation I called San Ramon Veterinary Hospital and found them to be caring and sympathetic to my concerns. They were able to accommodate my last minuet call and set up an appointment with Dr. Goraya for Monday morning 3/17 for a complete exam, ultrasound, x-ray and blood tests. They kept me updated through out the day on my babys progress and informed me of the tests that they were doing and told me he would be ready to be picked up around 6PM. I got there...met with Dr. G and went over the results...because of their through exam and tests they were able to determine that it was a major Tumor...and possibly Cancer and that they needed to do emergency surgery the following day! I was so upset and in shock about the news and Dr. G could not have been more honest, empathetic and kind to any hysterical woman. The surgery date was scheduled the day Dr. G was out of the office...however, for the surgery he came in and assisted with the surgical team just so we could have some peace of mind and he understood how important this was to my husband and I. The last two weeks have been the roughest for us and our little Dodger and the rest of our K-9 babies...luckily we have San Ramon Veterinary Hospital help guide us through the maze of treatments and Oncologists when battling cancer! AND Dr. Goraya has been one of the most amazing, knowledgeable, kind and caring Veterinarian I have met, and has my trust when it comes to the health and well being of all my Miniature Schnauzers, Chow-Shepard and Russian Blue cat!

San Ramon Veterinary Hospital is the best! I am a pet sitter but had been without my own dog for almost ten years. Then, when I least expected it, I had a dog! She showed up late at night, dirty, bad teeth, 4 pounds of beautiful. No one came forward to claim her. She needed veterinary care. I called for a referral from one of my clients. Her dog Star has had incredible results following multiple cancer surgeries and follow-up care. She referred me to Dr Goraya. The office staff got me in immediately. That was almost two years ago. Sky has had a couple of bouts of intestinal problems requiring IV fluids, antibiotics, etc. I have never been asked to wait for an appointment in these situations. I bring her in, she is given excellent care, and we go home, both feeling better. I love the size of the practice. My unfortunate experience with my last dogs end of life care has made me feel that a "big vet practice" is not a better practice. For me it was the opposite. My observation at San Ramon Vet Hospital is that each patient, and its owner gets the attention that is needed. The office is quiet, calm, clean and void of chaos. A very reassuring environment. I always appreciate that Dr G appreciates that a growling, snapping, biting Sky is a little dog that is feeling herself! I want to thank the staff and Dr G for always being to kind and patient.!

One of the best Animal hospital I have had ever been to. Dr. G and all his staff are so compassionate and caring. Their love for animals and dedication to their well being is up and beyond anything I have seen. I recently lost my fur baby and rescued my baby, Lucy. Who was treated for a mass removal by Dr. G . I had literally dozens of question on the over all care of Lucy. They answered each question patiently and compassionately. Did not make me feel silly for asking . After her surgery few days later, I had some questions, they answered it and gave me some solutions to try. I feel so comfortable knowing I can call them any time regarding anything to do with Lucys help. Prior to Dr. G I had gone to four different Vets in search of the best care for my baby. My search has ended. Lucy now has a permanent Doctor, Dr. G. Thank you Dr. G and staff.

I moved to San Ramon from Colorado with my dog, Hugo, who had previously been diagnosed with a fatal disease. Dr. G was so above and beyond--more above and beyond than any vet Ive ever dealt with. He loves animals, and it shows. He bent over backwards to help my dog and worked with me financially. He even told me to text him anytime--whether it be a Sunday or the middle of the night--if Hugo took a turn for the worse. Dr. G had great insight with Hugos disease and came up with alternatives when my dogs health inevitably began its final decline in order to give me a few more weeks with him. When it was time for Hugos "final" appointment, Dr. G and his staff were so full of warmth and sympathy... As if they were losing their own four-legged friend. I am lucky to have met Dr. G and wouldnt think of going anywhere else for veterinary care.

San Ramon Veterinary Hospital is the place to take your pet to! I love the excellent service, the positive energy, the kindness and compassion of the wonderful efficient staff which is a joy to experience. They provide the best medical, diagnostic, surgical and nursing care! Jaswinder Goraya, D.V.M. is one the best vets I have had the pleasure of taking my beagle to. He is kind, well spoken and is obviously very knowledgeable and very skilled. I always feel safe to keep my dog under his expert care. I strongly recommend Dr. Goraya and the San Ramon Veterinary Hospital for your beloved pets.

The quality of care my pet recieved was excellent! I was so stressed and worried for my cat when I brought her in and they were all kind abs reassuring. I also felt they were so honest. I left my pet for a couple hours while They ran some tests. They gave me a quote but in the end said there were a couple things that we didnt need to do and they removed those charges. Seeing as I wasnt there they couldve charged me for them and I wouldve never known they werent done so that to me was enough for me to know they are the place to go!

I love the staff and Doctors there at San Ramon Veterinary Hospital. We took our first dog their when we lived in California. We have now relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina and I contacted them to ask if they could prescribe me some more heart guard chews for our dog and they did it. The Drs here in Argentina are no where at all close to the care that we got from San Ramon Veterinary Hospital. It is nice that they can still help out even though we are miles away. Thank you!

I just recently moved from Idaho and I have a pug "Rosie" who has a collapsed trachea. She was in distress a few weeks ago and they took her right in at 7:30pm. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, informative, and compassionate. Dr. G took good care of Rosie and I really appreciate their willingness to take on a new patient in Rosies time of need! Also, Dr. Gs follow up is exceptional! Thank you, Dr. G & Team!
