Older male vet lacks in any sort of bedside manner and displayed zero compassion over my dying cat. Spoke to him for no more than 2 minutes over the phone while I was at work about the blood test results and, when I arrived for the follow-up appointment, acted as if wed had an in-depth conversation about her options so was impatient for me to make a decision. I had to drag information out of him and none of it very helpful. If it werent for the other vet there Id have tried to give them no stars at all. Never taking another pet there, nor will I ever recommend friends/family.

The entire staff is friendly & helpful! Dr. Bush & Dr. Singh really take the time with your pet and listen to your concerns. Our 6 year old Beagle Mix has chronic allergies. They went through all the steps with us to figure out the exact allergy and the best way to treat it. When we need refills on his medication, they allow us to simply call for a refill...they do not require an appointment for every refill! We love the service here. I highly recommend Family Pet.

Awesome! Have been bringing my puppies to FPH for nineteen years. Always a wonderful experience. I have lost two dogs in this time and the compassion and caring for both the animals and me during such an emotional time has always been such a comfort. Sterling staff and Dr. Stoner is one of the best, along with Dr. Bush, who recently retired. Highly recommend them if you want the best care for your pet.

Weve taken our cats to Family Pet Hospital since we moved to Vacaville in 1992. We loved Dr. Bush and were sorry to see her leave but we are so very happy with the care Dr. Singh is providing. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and has been great with our cats. His staff does a great job and you can see everyone cares about the animals they are caring for.

Caring, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable—not only in traditional Western veterinary medicine! Dr. Bush is also highly trained and experienced in Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. I was skeptical at first, but after seeing my cherished friend Hank walking without pain and wagging his tail again... 100% recommended, Ill be a client for life.

Dr. Singh is the new owner and is a fantastic person and veterinarian! He is a kind, informative, and friendly person. I love the technological advances that he has made at his business, and the price reductions from the previous owner. He has a great staff that emulates his good qualities. dr stoner and dr bush are fabulous!!! they are kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. i made the mistake of taking my dog elsewhere to get spayed to save a little $$, HUGE mistake!!! i trust my pet with all the staff at family pet, i give them A+++++

we were visiting from Missouri and our puppy got sick on way from San Francisco to Lake Tahoe . We took him to family pet hospital. They squeezed us in even though they were super busy and took good care of our little puppy.
