WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I had my ball python in their care for over two weeks. Come to find out, my ball python was released to my crazy ex boyfriend. No where on the documents was he listed as a reference/emergency contact NOR did they call me first to take sure this was a family friend or relative. They didnt check ID or anything. When I spoke with Dr. Schuchman, he got angry and starting screaming at me. The police on site ( I called the police to document stolen property) had to tell him to quiet/calm down! After everything thats happened, they did not offer me anything to help. Im very disappointed in the way they release animals. Our pets are like our children! We dont release our children from school to a stranger just because they claim they are the father/brother/cousin right??? The staff though, was very friendly. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and one doctor whose name I cant recall but he had tattoos and owned about 30+ snakes. You were awesome. Thanks for everything, but I can never do business there again.

The staff members were very friendly but they seemed to be in a rush and quickly diagnosed my pet, only listening to his lungs. They quickly gave me medication for him and told me he should be better within a few days. All of my questions were quickly answered with the same answer by the doctor. Our appointment lasted about 20 minutes. A few days later when I noticed that the meidication was taking no effect, I called the hospital again and asked to speak to the doctor. The lady at the counter said he would call back. I never got that call so I called again but there was no answer. A few days later my pet died, despite taking the medicine. I believe it was due to a different problem but doctors quickly diagnosed him with something else. Personally, the hospital was very fast and did a poor job of getting all of your questions answered. I wont be going back.

Im not sure how this place works, but I can tell you this, do NOT bring your pet there if you need Emergency attention. I brought my pet over there as a referral from Tri Valley Pet Hospital in Dublin. Spent over $1000 with Tri Valley to get my pet back from the brinks of death. My pig was almost back to normal when I got him to Blvd Pet Hospital. I dropped him off at 730 in the morning. They told me that their doctor doesnt get in until 11am. I called back at noon to find out how my pig was doing....oh guess what, he passed away! No phone call, nothing. They told my pig passed away over an hour ago. Yah, thanks for that! Now my sons friend is no longer around, how do you explain that to a child. Sorry son, the doctors office didnt let us know your pig died. Thanks for your help "Blvd", thanks for absolutely NOTHING.

Very unprofessional. I took my pet chameleon there for MBD on a Thursday. She was going to stay a week with them for calcium injections. You have to make an appointment to visit your pet so I did on Saturday. She was completely dehydrated and U asked for a plastic syringe so I could give her water... They were like "ooh thats good shell take water from you" (seriously). They then were closed the next two days but told me that someone would be there everyday taking care of the animals. I made an appointment for a visit on Tuesday. This is when I find out my pet had already passed away on Sunday . NO PHONE CALL! NOTHING! She was in there care for four days. Really people... No decency to let me know when it happened. Dont take your pet here unless you want to be heartbroken.

Dr. Schuchman honestly cared for our Boston Terrier as much as we do. Even making multiple trips back to the office for her as she was struggling with a very long and complicated labor. Financially he was willing to work with us. He is knowledgeable and gave us many options. It was a very scary time as our Boston Terrier had 2 of her 5 babies get stuck and pass away. Dr Schuchman and the wonderful staff at BOULEVARD PET HOSPITAL pretty much held our hand through the whole 30 hour labor. Dont know what we would have done without them.

I took my pet Rabbit Marley to be seen he was very Ill. He passed away the next day and the understanding and service me and my wife got was remarkable! They were all so understandable and caring. Were going to cremate him and bring him home. Everything was affordable and they gave us some hair and a nail. Even took time to talk to us about what happened. Highly recommended. If u have a bunny first sign of then acting different take then in even if your sure is there attitide just to be safe!

They are the best. I took my cat in for a urine infection.They treated him and told me exactly what was going to happen for the next 2 weeks. They were right on target. Plus they will work with you with the costs. Also, they dont try to scare you into more treatments and tests like other vets do. They are open early in the AM and later in the PM so I was able to get everything done before and after work. I am so happy with them and highly recommend them.

I have been going to Boulevard Pet Hospital for almost 10 years. I have had three dogs cared for and/or boarded here. Dr. Schuchman is great. The staff is always cooperative. Sometimes scheduling can be a bit frenetic - I have had some long waits well past my appointment time, but I am very confident that I am dealing with a facility and staff that care about my pets and offer very experienced care for them

Very fair and honest service. Every time i called for a med refill, they would only charge me every other time?? I had to ask them how they even made money? Exams and lab work is kept tp a minimum. They never recommend the most costly route unless it is absolutely necessary. They co e highly recommended.

This is the worst possible vet you can go to. Really bad service, low quality, and unproffesional. We payed A LOT of money for my dog and he is still the same when we brought him there to fix one of his legs. Never coming back again.
