I would put zero stars if it was an option. My little sister just lost her dog this evening. We were trying to find someplace to bring him so that we could have him cremated. It was 5.10PM and we called this place to bring him in... the answer we were told was that they could not see us today. That they stop taking calls for appointments after 5.30PM and that they are all booked up this afternoon. I do not understand how they are too booked to accept us dropping our dog off? This process does not require any time in a room nor with any vets. Merely to bring him in and fill out a couple forms and pay. To get this response right after we lost him was absurd and not in line with customer service values at all. Very disappointed and wish they handled this with professionalism and compassion.

Dr. Kahlon is a caring vet who I trust with my two dogs. He takes his time & really explains everything to make sure you completely understand everything. A lot of doctors dont spend that much time explaining things. Hes through, competent, and I will continue to take my pets here! If you read the yelp reviews, make sure to click on the filtered results at the bottom left of the page--all the good reviews have been filtered, very unfair of yelp.

Dr Kahlon is wonderful, and the receptionist Ive met is also just so sweet. They remember my puppy & genuinely care about his health every time we come in (3x in 3months for shots). Dr Kahlon gives advice in the nicest ways possible, and is so good with answering questions I have. Im also always pleasantly surprised by my bill, and never feel rushed or pressured to have things done to my puppy. A very good little establishment!!

I just took my orange tabby to ABC Vet for some mouth complications. The staff there is amazing. They are friendly, informative, and very empathetic to both my needs and my pets needs. Dr. Kahlon was our main caretaker. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and really loves animals. This was only my 2nd time to this vet, but I will be coming here for years and years to come now. I used to go to another animal hospital but the care ,love and compassion I received from the staff and doctor at ABC Vet at the end of our cats life was so excellent that I will never go anywhere else again. The staff was so kind and sent us a sympathy card too that touched all of us. Our dog is now a patient at ABC Vet and we look forward to many years with him and them.

Competent, Capable, Caring and Compassionate. I wanted to write to tell you how very grateful I am for the care and comforting received by our beloved dog Lucky. Dr. Kahlon performed surgery on her to remove several growths and to clean her teeth with no problems considering lucky to be 16 yrs old. Great Job.

I took my newly adopted pug in today for broken nail and was very impressed with their customer service .The care was prompt , informative and professionally outstanding .....I also found the price to be reasonable ...but really doesnt matter because your caring for a family member....HIGHLY RECCOMMEND!!!!!

Best vet for cats and dogs.Very reasonable in terms of pricing, don`t push for unnecessary services at all. Good customer service. I felt very comfortable with the vet and will always continue taking my cats here. Recommend to everybody.

So wonderful. Great vet. One on one service. The vet took the time to listen and take care of my dogs. No rush or overcharging or selling. Kept the visit simple and affordable. I would take my dogs to ABC Vet as long as I am in concord.

Very caring and knowledgeable. Had a bad experience at All Bay and took him to ABC after infection got way worse. Less then All Bay quoted originally before the infection got bad. Should have taken my little guy to Dr. Kahlon FIRST!
