Wont go here again. Went in for food our cat needs (only food he can eat, otherwise hell get a urinary blockage, which costs several hundreds of $$ to treat). The staff who helped me said she couldnt sell me the food without a prescription. Ive been buying the food at other places for the last 10 years without a prescription. This person kept explaining to me how special the food is and what its for after I already told her Ive been buying the food for the last 10 years for my cats condition. She said she could call and talk to my vet. and get an OK to sell me the food, but after a little while, her attitude about doing that changed and she told me they would probably put her on hold and it was almost time to close and this wasnt going to work out. I realized I wasnt getting the food. After having to listen to this person go on endlessly about why she couldnt sell the food, and what its for, I wanted a chance to let her know how frustrating this was, but instead of listening, she told me to get out. She caused such a ruckus talking over me instead of hearing me out that someone came out of an exam room to see what was happening. At first, I thought this might be a more helpful staff of the vets office, but he was another customer, apparently on vigilante duty to help this office further abuse customers, because when I asked him if he needed to talk to me he said no! and I should get the f out. Bizarre visit ! ... and I wouldnt feel safe going back to this place, this over reactive, rude, untrained person who works there, and their weird other customers.

I will never use this vet again. Our puppy had an emergency and it was a Sunday. He had an ear infection and had been up since 5 am just scratching his ear. The day prior I tried to use a home remedy that my regular vet of many years had given me. This home remedy is also in a book written by a veterinarian who prescribes organics remedies for your pet. After I revealed this to the lady at the counter we began receiving condescending looks as if we were horrid pet owners. The vet came in and did precisely the same thing after we had been taken into the room to be seen. She reprimanded us and told us that using a solution of water and vinegar was very irritating and should never be used. After she left the room we heard her and the assistants talking about us and then peeking into the room at us. On top of all of that their prices were ridiculously high, they wanted nearly $300 to run tons of tests for a simple bacterial ear infection. As if that was not enough I had been so concerned about my puppy that I had rushed out of the house not realizing I forgot my debit card in the process. Embarrassed because of the already horrible experience I told them I would return soon because I lived close. I barely made it home only to receive threatening phone calls from them. When I said I could give it over the phone they said fine and charged us $5.00 to take the card info over the phone. I would never recommend this vet to anyone. They care mainly about money and have absolutely no professionalism when treating clients.

I have been taking my French Bulldogs here for years. I used to take them to other vets in the area but when one of mine developed a serious issue that required surgery and all the other places were refusing to do the surgery or quoting me thousands of $ to do it I was recommended to this place. Not only were they able to do the procedure for less than half of what others were quoting but they were able to do a less invasive version. I have found that all of the RX and visits are typically half the price of what I was paying at the other offices and will be taking my pets here for the foreseeable future. In regards to others that have posted here stating about not being able to purchase the food without a preliminary exam I was actually in the waiting room when a man attempted to purchase the food when his pet (I believe it was for a cat) and the front desk receptionist kindly stated that she was new and would have to check with the Dr. first since the owner did not have any record of the pet on file with them. When she informed the owner that he would not be able to purchase the food without the exam first or for him to bring in the RX from the original vet office to ensure that nothing has changed with the pet and that it was correct for their individual need the owner was the one that fussed and stormed out leaving us in the waiting room shaking our heads as to why that needed the reaction that was given by the owner.

I LOVE THIS PLACE..MY CAT HAS BEEN GOING THERE FOR 3YEARS AND EVRYTIME SHES BEEN THERE THEYVE ALWAYS DONE A WONDERFUL JOB...EVEN WHEN SHE HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT THEY KNEW WE WERE WORRIED AND CALLED US TO UPDATE THROUGHOUT THE DAY...ESPICALLY LISA SHES AMAZING IVE HADA SICK KITTY AND IVE NEEDED ADVICE..WE WENT BEYOND TO HELP ME OUT A ND EVEN CALLS ME TO MAKE SURE MY CATS DOING OK REASSURING ME THAT THERE HERE FOR ME IF I NEED ANYTHING....I HIGHLYYYYY RECOMMEND THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!!

Lincoln Animal Hospital Id say was a good experience for My 92 lb Staffshire looking Pittbull Brutus and I. He allowed them to take Him in the next room and trim His nails n give Him Vaccines. From what I read of notes on the walls from very satisfied clients, THIS PET HOSPITAL HAS ALL THE CARING N LOVE N PATIENCE A PET OWNER COULD WANT! I THINK I FOUND A GOOD PLACE TO RENDER SERVICE TO MY DOG!

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices can stretch the pocket book, but its my pet and I want the best I can give. Great at appointment reminders and I can work their schedule into mind. Ill likely be coming back for all my pet needs.
