We have been a customer of the Heights Animal Hospital for 8 years now and have been satisfied with their services and continue to be. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Theyre always willing to answer questions or make recommendations when asked. We rarely encounter issues, however, when we do, the Heights ability to provide a resolution if a problem arises is exceptional. They always exceed our expectations and David never fails to provide outstanding customer service. He goes the extra mile to ensure customers and patients are satisfied and happy. We recommend the Heights Animal Hospital to anyone who needs pet services in the future. Thank you to Dr. Boctor, David, and their hard working staff for their outstanding support and care of our pets. :)

Took my chihuahua there to get his ears checked because he kept scratching his ears and they told me his ears were just dirty. So they charged me 235$ to clean his ears and get a couple of shots. When we brought him home he started shaking his head to the side like there was something in his ear. So we took him to a different vet and they checked his ears and they said his right ear was infected, they took five q tips of puss out if his ear and they gave him two shots and medicine and only charged me 121$. The Height Animal hospital was a joke, they misdiagnosed my dog and they over charged me, do not take your dog there because they dont know what theyre doing. I recommend pet doctors of industry, they seem like they know what theyre doing.

Dont Go. My husband and I just got our first dog and chose this place since it was close to home. I have to agree with the other raters...the front staff seem to be very annoyed when customers enter their office. Zero personality and major attitude. After 3 weekly visits for our puppies first shots, we were late 5 mins to our 4th appt. WE WERE SCOLDED LIKE WE WERE KIDS by the girl at the front desk, and told a surgery on another dog had to be postponed because of our tardiness! REALLY??? Of course we were sorry...but I highly doubt the postponement was due to us when the Dr. walked in with a mouth full of food. We are done with this place....Washington Animal Hospital was much better!

They tried to make me pay additional $100 to have her excretions examined just to see that shes fine. Every time I take her in for her shots they would ask me that. Be careful and aware of what they try to charge. They always attempt to do it. I now go to the Golden State Humane society in Garden Grove. Worth the drive. Better service and cleaner environment. I gave up on Hacienda Heights animal hospital. Overpriced, receptionists are rude, and are after money.

I took my dog in and the staff are so lazy and slow. The doctors seem nice enough. However, the staff! They are incompetent and lazy. It took 20 minutes just to pay for some dog food even though there was only one person ahead of me and two clerks, one of them doing nothing. The clerks are unbelievably lazy! Dont go here. There are better vets and businesses that deserve your hard earned money and business. Why deal with lazy and rude employees.

I would greatly recommend "The Heights Animal Hospital" to anyone looking for a veterinarian/hospital. The staff is caring, supportive, personal, professional and I could go on forever. The veterinarian is a awesome person explains everything to you and what your options are. Dr. Boctor treats you like a friend. Everyone treats my cat with kid gloves, for more reasons then one. Again, there is so much more to say. THEY ARE E-X-C-E-P-T-I-O-N-A-L

The Heights Animal Hospital has been my veterinarian of choice for 14 years. My 3 dogs are regularly given baths, flea treatments, have their nails trimmed, and their anal glands expressed for a reasonable price. The staff is fast and friendly and treat my dogs with great respect. The doctors are thorough and make recommendations but never pressure you to have procedures performed. Convenient location and plenty of parking.

Dr. Boctor and her staff were very friendly. The were very gentle with our dog and made her as comfortable as possible. Injections can be very traumatic for humans as well as dogs. Dr. Boctor explained our dogs treatment plan very thoroughly. The front office explained it once again and asked if we had any additional questions. Very pleased with the service, and will not be going anywhere else. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very nice but that was it. They did nothing helpful for my dog. We went in for a checkup thinking the vet would mention something about my dogs teeth since they looked rotten but he said nothing and now my dog might have to have some teeth pulled. I dont know if he wanted us to come back and pay for teeth treatment as his teeth got progressively worse, but Im never coming back to this clinic. Beware.

i asked them my cats microchip information installed in this clinic. it was very important to know because i needed to take him to travel abroad. i asked by Fax but they simply ignored my request. i have nothing against the doctor but people in front were not so helpful and not doing their job at all. However right after i wrote this review they suddenly contacted me and tried to fix the problem.

We have been with The Heights Animal Hospital for man years now. They have always treated the animals with love and care. The Dr. has always taken the time to explain different procedures that will be done on the animals so that they are fully understood. After the procedures are complete we receive a phone call to let us know how the pet is doing.

Too expensive. I brought my dog for annual shots. Besides the fee for shots, each needle disposing was $4, so four shots, additional $16 was added just for disposing the needle tips. If you get prescription from there, it is 2-3 times higher than purchasing through on line stores.

They over charge you for everything and always suggest surgery for almost everything your dog has. The office is unorganized, nobody calls you for updates or upcoming vaccinations. Its dirty everywere, especially inside the dog cages room. be aware before you take your pets there.
