I had issues with this office 4 years ago, and I guess somethings havent changed. Went in on May 2nd for my appointment with the promise that we would have our contacts and glasses within 7-10 business days, that did not happen. Our contacts came in on time and so did my wifes glasses. My glasses came in yesterday 5/24; 22 days later!!! When I followed up on my glasses the first time they told me the lab cut the wrong lenses for the frames, only to be called back and be told that my frames were now lost... So were the lenses cut wrong or were my frames lost... I still have no idea. I had to go back in and pick a new frame because the ones that were "lost" were discontinued. The lady told me that it would be another 7-10 business days because they would need to order the frames from the manufacturer 3-5 days (guess the original mistake didnt qualify for an overnight rush delivery, to make good on their mistake), and then send them to the lab for the lenses to be cut. Meanwhile my wife was having issues with her contacts, they didnt fit correctly and her vision was blurry. She called to follow up and come to find out they gave her the wrong prescription... Well they arent taking responsibility, because they "dont know how or where these contacts came from". When I brought in the contacts to show them they were the wrong ones, every lady in the building had a deer in the head lights look, and no one had an answer. Like every business they offer a product and a service and like other businesses mistakes happen, or the products good but service is bad or vise versa. This place fails every category, the product wasnt what we paid for or received in the time given. And the service was awful.. During this entire process my wife and I were given attitude and made us feel less than. Ultimately we left with very nice glasses, and we will wear them hoping we get the inevitable question "where did you get those glasses? Theyre nice". Because I am going to enjoy letting everyone know where exactly I got these glasses and how horribly Vision Faire Optometry conducts business.

I walked into this store to get some of my questions answered. Instead the receptionist decided to just glance off into the distance as she was on the phone with another customer. I waited over 20 minutes for her to even say, "hello" or "Ill help you in a couple minutes" but I instead got nothing. So, I decided to leave. I wasnt important enough of a customer to be dignified with some greeting or basic level assistance. ✌

I have been going to this office for 11 years. I couldnt ask for better doctors or staff. I have recommended several people to this office over the years.
