Beauty in the Eyes of the Beholder

Thank you for providing us with temporary contact lenses while we wait for an accurate pair. My concern here is not only did we have to wait 35 plus minutes passed our appt. but the ordering team ordered the wrong contact lense. The Doctor did point out that we didnt have our first trial pair with us which shouldve been worn to the appt. But the real issue is they will cancel your appt. If youre over 10 minutes late to your appt. but when the doc is late the customer just has to suck it up and wait. The place is somewhat clean but over all I have to say we miss Kaiser optical Dept. We will be going back their for sure never had an ordering issue it really seemed as if they were uncertain on how to assist us. Kaiser youre the best.

Been a patient there for years i have the thickest folder along with my kids and like the last year Ive had the worst experience with all the changes new managers that are rude , so Im taking my business elsewhere sucks when you have to change after being a established patient for so long.
