My 72 yr old mother took her dog into the Vetco clinic on a sunday as the dog was having breathing difficulty. The staff, all friendly, did the prep work but when it was Dr. Woods turn to complete a medical exam on my Moms dog, a 9 yr old Yorkie, she refused, saying my moms file listed "something that prevented her from treating the dog" and said she could not treat the dog until she received a call back from the office manager Gina Paz. Dr. Wodds NEVER called the office manager and she refused to show my mom what was in the file on her CAT, two years ago and refused treatment. The front office worker nor Dr. Woods did not offer my mom a list of emergency rooms which were 5 minutes from the clinic; they just showed my mom the door. Her dog died 5 hours later. Dr. April Woods should not be a vet and killed my moms dog.

This is the second time I have tried to bring my pets to Vetco and the customer service is the worst!!! The receptionist is completly rude and the staff doesnt care about your animals need. Make sure you have an appointment a few hours before closing because they dont respond to animal emergencies. I am glad my animals were never treated by any of the vets and I would reccomend VCA Breed Animal Hospital any day. It is convenient because they are lovated about 2 blocks away on the same street.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! This place is not only bad at service, also tricky at pricing and stuff. There are so many hidden charges for a spam surgery. First, we called twice to make an appointment, two staffs gave us two different quotations, one is $125 and $250. And then we brought the animal in the 3rd person showed us a statement for $400 something! Are they that desperate? Im not going there or the Petco next to it ever again!

Dr. Taber passed away unexpectedly. The new Dr. Woods no where near as good a vet as Dr. Taber was. I completely agree with the poor reviews below. Things werent great before Dr. Taber passed away but now they are down right bad.
