What an unprofessional office. They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. No apology The doctor and staff did not follow up with me regarding the lack of communication. I called again to get a prescription filled to the right address. The manager told me that she would have the Dr call me that day to confirm that the prescription had been filled. No call from Dr. Hendley. On Monday I never heard back from them. On Tuesday I was placed on hold numerous times with no answers. Their lack of communication, follow-through and general care for their practice and their patients had me questioning any long term relationship

I saw Dr Rodriguez and the Physical Therapy at San Diego Sports Medicine for quite a few months to rehab a sports related injury. Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful Dr., and helped me so much with an injury that had been a problem for me for a long time. Chelsea Best was my Physical Therapist, She also helped me so much with my recovery, She is very good at what she does, and is a great listener and cares about her patients. I am so grateful for San Diego Sports Medicine and I would recommend them to anyone.

wonderful not only friendly but they do care. The nurses and drs are great. My dr took her time and listened. I have to also credit the ones who book appointment I was a new patient and had to be seen quickly and they got me in same day and gave me 20%off my bill. I was feeling horrible but they went above and beyond. Great experinence. Honestly this place is like no other.

I dont often write reviews much less give five stars. But, Ive been a patient of Dr. Richburgs for 17 years and he and his staff are excellent - highly recommended. Medical care is thorough and not rushed. The clinic is very accommodating with patients who have non-traditional medical insurance.

The care provided by these group of Doctors is the best you can get and they are always available for you when there is a direct concern. Dr. Richberg, Myers and Rodriguez are the best in the west. 5 stars from the Martin family.

The doctors and nurses are great. However, the short-haired receptionist is not inviting or helpful in her attitude. She makes it feel like a DMV more than a health center, such a shame that that sets the tone for my visit.
