Dr. Greaves who worked there is a great Doctor, she intelligently listens to patients and has always made my family very satisfied. She is leaving Scotts Valley Medical Clinic....gee, I wonder why (actually its easy to see why). Scotts Valley Medical Clinic has horrible wait times, and a few snobby receptionists. This Clinic doesnt come near to keeping to their appointment schedule, yet you are expected to. They fake being on time by putting you in a small room to wait, and wait, and wait, staring alone at a wall. Dr. Greaves is leaving, and so is my family, the 2 other doctors there were not nearly good as Dr. Greaves in my familys experience. Probably you would be happier with a better clinic, now we are.....but we will miss Dr. Maria Greaves, hard to find a good one like her, actually shes excellent, but that clinic sure is NOT.

First off this place smells like an old mustly, moldy closet. I saw PA Diana Hull, in years past I suffered from chronic bronchitis which is why I am trying to fight it off at first signs. I know my body and the early signs of a bad case, but she was convinced it was something else. I did a virus test which was negative but since I didnt have phenomena she didnt want to prescribe me antibiotics. She suggested I nourishin my body from inside (which is what I do anyway) and not go out and party ( since I seem to be in such a party mood) When I asked how long I would be contagious for she remarked "until I wasnt anymore". REALLY?? I left with no diagnosis, no medication or even knowing how long i shoud stay home from work. Thanks for the help, I wont be returning to this clinic, and will be seeing an ACTUAL DR. in the future.

My entire family goes to SVMC. The doctors, PAs, and staff have treated us with compassion and professionalism. I would like to see their billing system updated, but otherwise I think the world of this group.
