The front desk girl, Christine is very nasty and rude. One word-INCOMPETENT!! She has no people skills whatsoever. She gave us false payment information. For someone who is the first person we see when we walk in, you would think she would at least acknowledge your presence or greet you kindly. No. The whole front desk staff is very unprofessional. The other receptionist, Whitney wasnt any better. They dont train their employees correctly and therefore give out false and inaccurate information. This is a very shady pet clinic and Im sorry to have ever let my beloved pet go to this horrible operation. I will be contacting the BBB about this very incompetent vet clinic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Save your money and go to a vet clinic where they actually know about the best care for your pet.

I have been taking our 3 Italian Greyhounds to Mission Viejo for years. And couldnt imagine going anywhere else. The level of care they provide is astonishing. I tend to ask a million questions whenever we go and they are so kind to answer them all and not behave as if I am monopolizing there time. Dr. Louderback was kind enough to show me the operating rooms and kennels when I expressed being nervous about procedures that require anesthesia. The place is spotless! Well kept with someone monitoring all animals on site. The front office staff is wonderful, super welcoming and kind. If your in the market for a new Vet, you cant go wrong with Mission Viejo.

Ive taken my dog Shadow to Dr. Ralston for 4 years. He is the kindest vet Ive ever come across. The entire staff at Mission Viejo are wonderful, caring people. Shadow loves them and loves Dr. Ralston. I cant imagine taking her anywhere else. 2.27.2015 - I am taking my new (rescue) dog to see Dr. Ralston this afternoon. Her history was unavailable and she has an expired rabies tag from 2011. I cant wait for Dr. Ralston to check her over & give her the shots she needs. To me he is the best vet on the planet!

I visited Mission Viejo Vet Hospital yesterday with my 3 dogs. Dr. Louderback was great. Very patient with all 3 of my crazy pups. He even explained, and showed me, a problem that one of my babies is having and gave me his honest opinion on how best to treat/handle the situation. I can see why Dr. Louderback and Mission Viejo Veterinary Hospital has been in business so long. Everyone there was patient & professional. Much better than other veterinary experiences Ive had in the past.

Im thinking the person who gave this place one star is confused and went somewhere else. This place is fantastic. Its like a flashback into a time when vets developed personal relationships with their clients, both the pet and the owner. Ive never had anything but the absolute best of service here, and Ive always felt that they put my pets well-being above their profit margin every time. Highly recommended.

Going to Mission Viejo for 6 years, and family has been going here for 15+. Great doctors who really care about my pets, and a wonderful staff that has helped us through some complicated procedures. I cant thank them enough for the professional care when one of my pets passed, and the way they were able to accommodate my other very skittish, frightened dog was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend!

We have been going here since 1984 and even through a few moves around town, we have stayed here. Dr. Louderback has taken excellent care of all of our animals through the years. He is friendly, thorough and my dogs LOVE him. Seriously, they cant wait to go back to the room. All of the staff are wonderful, friendly and treat my dogs and I like family.

I love this vet. the staff is always nice and friendly, they treat all your concerns with care and are always really good about getting me in right away and take your worries seriously. They are positive and are very friendly and loving to our dogs and always give us the best treatments for them.

Have been going here for 15+ years. Dr. Louderback is excellent and all the staff is caring and quick. Never a long wait like if you were going to a primary care doctor for yourself. Apparently pets are treated even better than humans especially here at Mission Viejo.
