My Corgi, Frankie had an accident. He tried to jump up the steps to get on our deck. He missed. He broke and knocked out 4 of his front teeth. He also injured his back and broke his toe. I called Pets R Us and the receptionist got us in immediately. When we arrived, they were waiting for us. Dr. Soliman was great with Frankie. He was in pain. He had to have the remaining, broken parts of his teeth removed. Dr. Soliman helped him with his pain in his mouth and in his back. She recommended supplements and different food that would help his joints. She stayed late to make sure that he was okay to go home. The staff kept us informed while he was having his surgery. Dr. Soliman called and checked on Frankie after his surgery and the next day. They treated my furry baby with love and kindness. I was informed of all of the costs before the procedure began. I also found the office to be clean and simple. The entire staff puts their hearts into caring for animals. I highly recommend Dr. Soliman and Pets R Us. I have referred many friends and neighbors to Dr. Soliman and they have had success with Pets R Us too.

Dishonest Company - They only want your money. I took my dog in for an exam and shots in July. They didnt want to give him all of his shots at that time stating that he wasnt due for rabies and distemper until September. We got him back for his rabies and distemper shots today and were forced to do another exam (which wasnt disclosed in July or visible on the reminder for his appointment). I was told they had to do another exam as it is required for the rabies shot. When I asked why they didnt just do all of his shots in July the vet tech simply said "I dont know...I wasnt here". Except that she is the same tech that walked me back in July as well. Furthermore, she tried to salvage their unsavory/dishonest practice by stating, "Well, he wont need to be back for another 6 months". When I started to explain that every single other vet I have had in the past 20 years normally do yearly exams she reverted to, "oh...well its not required, just recommended". Dishonest, money grubbing business. Go to another vet. Find one whos primary concern is helping animals, not lining their pockets.

I am extremely disappointed in this vet. We were able to get a quick appointment. However, there were a number of things that turned me off. First, the rooms were small, dirty and smelly, which means that they were not clean. Then, when I mentioned my dogs health history and chronic issues during the consult, the doctor looked at me very skeptically and initially dismissed my concerns. However, for the good of my pet, we took all of her advice on the tests that we should run and spent a small fortune. I never received a follow-up call to check on my dog, let me know the food I ordered (and pre-paid for) was in OR to let me know the results of the blood test. None of the results were sent to my normal vet. Also, when I submitted the invoice to my pet insurance, I was informed that after a month of requesting additional information, the vet never responded and the claim was closed. Overall, while the staff was friendly enough, the service and care was sub-par and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this place to anyone who needs anything but basic care for their pet.

I couldnt be more thrilled with the care of Dr. Solimon and her staff. The convenience is great, but that doesnt really tell the story. I have an 8 year old, Chloe, who I thought just had bad teeth. I took her in last Monday to have a look. The office drew some blood in preparation for some dental surgery. On Tuesday before the cleaning I got a call from Dr. Solimon that we had a major problem. Chloes red blood cells were being attacked, and she had severe anemia. Over the next 3 days Dr. Solimon was very caring with my wife and I through a VERY scary situation. She ran all of the diagnostics and kept Chloe stable. When it turned out she was going to need some more specialized care, Dr. Solimon helped us get the care at a different facility. After two blood transfusions, we are cautiously optimistic about the prognosis. I do know she wouldnt be here without the care and attention to detail of Dr. Solimon and her staff. She is now our Furry Family Doctor!

Please understand that this vet, Dr Solomon & Pets R Us, opened within the past 6 months and the majority of the good reviews were from a previous vet at this location & not this one. This facility is filthy, smells horrible & is very short staffed. It took several attempts to get them to even answer the phone but they were in the neighborhood so I kept trying. My experience with Pets R Us was horrific to say the very least. Not only did they perform unnecessary surgery on my dog, when they handed back my bleeding dog with gaping wounds they gave me a total 6x higher than what they told me it would be! They told me botflies were potentially fatal and they needed to operate immediately. They removed 3 and missed 1 that I removed painlessly weeks later! If you are looking for a vet in the Reunion area please go to the Turnberry Animal Clinic and see Dr Enos, they are amazing! Please save your pets and your wallet from the damage Pets R Us will do!

After treating our very sick dog, Dr. Guster referred us to an Emergency ER at his offices closing time. He said to take him there if he wasnt ok at home that night. After we got our dog home he collapsed, had blood coming out of his nose, and was barely breathing and conscious. The ER vet examined him and gave us a very rough prognosis, at that point we had to make that difficult decision that all of us pet owners dread. Soon there after my wife spoke with Dr. Guster and he was rude, implying that we made the wrong decision. Even though it was the professional opinion of the facility that he recommends. This is NOT appropriate or necessary in a time of such sadness and difficulty. We will not be back to Animal Family Vet Hospital, and will advise our friends and neighbors of our experience. You can keep the $50 office credit for the $250 nebulizer treatments (of which our dog had 1 of 3 that we paid for).

I have a pretty high maintenance dog and I can not rave enough about the care he receives at this clinic! The staff is always caring and makes us feel like family. The clinic is AAHA accredited which is major in my book. The clinic is clean, well maintained, and very professional. In addition my reason for not going anywhere else is Dr Solomon. She is one of the best Drs my dog has ever seen and hes seen quite a few due to his medical issues. She cares about my dog and she is extremely knowledgeable and provides top of the line vet care. She takes time to explain and make sure my dog is receiving exactly the care that is needed. I am privileged to be able to say she is my dogs doctor because Ive not only worked in veterinary care, but unfortunately my dog has had to have a lot of it, and I know good medicine when I see it. I can highly recommend taking animal companions to this clinic.
