Dr. Summars and his staff are competent, kind and helpful. Lately, Ive experienced many vets that are just trying to sell things to me, spending more time on sales than the care of my dog. I felt like it was the exact opposite at Valley Vet Hospital- care for your animal is the top priority. Highly recommended!

Fabulous! Dr. Summar knows tons about all kinds of animals. He takes great care of my turtles and his location is super convenient to folks who live on the west side of the city or in the mountains. Very happy to have such a knowledgeable vet that cares so much about all kinds of critters.

I took in my veiled chameleon in for a checkup and the doctor & staff were very kind. The doc was compassionate and gave me a lot of information. I was very happy with how much he knew about reptiles. I will always come here from now on and I would recommend this place to anyone.

This Doctor is amazing with animals! He did so good with my Pekingese that my dog cried when he walked out of the room, and he did good with my red healer mix (who by the way is a big crybaby). Im telling all my friends and family to go to him! Thank you again doctor!
