I had called for information regarding my insurance and see if they cover it, the young lady had said she will call me back and grabbed my name and number. It had been 2 hours and I had called back, the lady that picked up was an older lady and seemed like she did not want to speak with me. I had told her that the lady who I spoke with earlier didnt call me back and I just wanted information. She insisted that she will speak with her co workers to see who it was, I did not care about that, I just wanted to know more information. She had rudely interrupted me and said she will stop helping her customer she had there to assist me. She did not have to be that rude for just some information. I did not even have the chance to even go there. Never will at this location.

They know how to take care of us. Been coming here for years and we always get great service!. When problems arise with our eye-glasses we know we can stop in and they will fix the problem on the spot or order it if they have to. Familiar faces always make the experience go much smoother.
