My experience at eye to eye was horrible as pretty as the place is they need to do a better job on finding a nicer women at the front desk the elderly women with short blonde hair and glasses was about as RUDE as they come I understand times get busy however she made me feel like I was bugging her when I was asking different questions about my insurance and how the billing worked . She was also very rude and snappy to other workers at the front desk.When I told her never mind Ill find another eye doctor she told me she was doing the best she could but Im more then welcome to find another place. It made me sad to walk away from there being I seen so many positive feedback from others about the eye doctors there . Good luck to others who go there avoid that women and hopefully things will work out great !

Stick with Americas Best or Vision Works. Expensive. The facility is very nice and they do have a good selection of frames - but the quality control is poor; the $250 computer-cut lens Eye to Eye profit upcharge did not produce better vision than my old pair. I went back in to get my glasses adjusted, I was told to sit down and wait to be put in the "que". I watched the minutes tick by. I watched the three women behind the desk have pleasant conversations. I watched women in black ninja outfits walk to the desk have pleasant conversations and return to the back rooms. I watched the 3 people working behind the "fitting" counter busilly surf their computers. 1 person was helping a couple. After 15 minutes, I got up and left. I wont be back.

The doctors here are AMAZING! I could not ask for better doctors. I wish that they were located in a different spot only so that others can experience what I have experienced. I had PRK surgery and was not seeing the way I should (at another doctor who specialized in PRK). I came in because I trusted the doctors here more. The doctor prescribed a medicine which cleared the problems with my eyes in less then 3 days. I came in seeing 20/40 and 20/50. I left today seeing 20/20 and 20/25. I am so excited! I thought I was going to be one of those 1% of people who were not going to get their vision after PRK but I am now and am finally excited to be able to see again. Blessings to your company and doctors.

I had been vacillating for quite some time as to whether or not I should say something about my vision issues. When I did I was very nervous to hear the findings. Not only did Dr. Warner take her time but got Dr. Zavoda and Dr. Dell in on the exam as well. The outcome, while still very serious was not the prognosis I was expecting. Long story short, it is because of these incredible Doctors that I will more than likely save the vision in my right eye. Gratitude and thanks are an understatement! This is where you NEED to go in the event you find yourself in need of vision treatment, they truly are the best at what they do!!!! Thank you Dr. Warner, Dr. Dell and Dr. Zavoda I am deeply indebted to you all!!

It took 2-3 weeks for my glasses to come in back in March when I went in for new contacts and glasses. Then by the time my glasses came in no one called me. I waited triple the amount of time from when they told me they would be in . I was also finishing using up my old prescription of contacts so by the time I started using the new prescription, gave it a bit of time for my eyes to adjust and realized that the prescription is not right for my eyes they told me it was out side of their time frame for adjustments so I need to pay for an appointment and a fee to get the prescription changed.

Dr. Zavoda is personable, knowledgeable, and professional He is very patient and thorough in answering all of my questions, and takes time to discuss my concerns. I always feel like he genuinely cares about the health of my eyes. Additionally, the office staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful in answering questions regarding insurance. The entire staff as a whole is very efficient, and I am always in and out of my appointments within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Eye To Eye Care to everyone in the Highlands Ranch area. :)

I sustained an eye injury at work and was discussing it with a customer when the owner of Eye to Eye overhead the conversation and promptly gave me her card, saying I should go see a doctor immediately. They fit me in right away and were professional, compassionate and friendly. The doctor even remembered me 5 wks. later when I went in for a follow-up. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place!

They saw my husband, son and myself. Super friendly office. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable when trying to pick out our frames and lenses. Ordered my sunglasses to use during the last part of summer, its almost fall & Im still waiting to get them. Considering it should have only taken a week if that, Im disappointed in the turn around time once the glasses were order & time thats passed thus far to even get them. I would recommend going somewhere else if you want your glasses in a timely matter.

Definitely 5 stars. Dr. Zavodo was awesome-took his time with me, and made me feel comfortable. The staff was so helpful. In fact, there is a woman that works there who is from NY, and she knows her stuff! She fitted me in the right pair of glasses and spent a long time with me. My whole experience was just great!
