Came to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine center to try physical therapy instead of the cortisone shot for a rotator cuff injury. The therapist took my DVD of my X-ray and notes from orthopedic surgeon and listened carefully to what had happened and what my limitations were. He was very careful with my range of motions when testing my ability to move, and had me demonstrate what I could and could not do. After my first visit I could do movements that I had been unable to to at all for weeks. The exercises I was given enabled me to achieve measurable increased movement in the first two days of doing the at home! one. I am so pleased with the progress I have made. Appointments are made easily, the physical therapists and office staff are very kind, and the office has easy access.

From the second floor windows, trees and sky provide a very relaxing view; while the positive attitude of the staff creates a relaxing atmosphere within. My therapist Jon has a very gentle and professional manner.
