Terrible! The exercises did little to help my back injury, and when he "kneaded" the muscle to "loosen it up" (by jamming his knuckle into my back for a full two minutes without releasing the extremely painful pressure even after I told him it was hurting me), I was left with a new injury that took a week to heal. When I mentioned it at the second session, he dismissed it and seemed annoyed that I said something about it. He would also give me exercises to do, and then leave to go watch the tv in the main exercise room while I did them. When I was finished with my sets, I would have to sit there and wait for him to come back. Such a waste of my time.
