My primary care doc first recommended Select Therapy to me after my lamenectomy a few years ago. They helped me then to steady my balance and to walk better. Now I am back trying to sooth my lower back and again there are early signs of improvement after a few visits. It so happens that my grandson who played hockey on Trinity team 2 years ago was helped by my same therapist, Lynne! She helped him with a bruised shoulder.

Jen was able to identify the problem with pain radiating just below my knee and lower back pain to the IT Band. Gave me home exercises as well as the PT visits and after just 3 weeks starting to have relief. I can actually kneel down without severe burning pain.
