Very disorganized and unprofessional. Had a series of incidents with this place during the year I brought my dog including at one point they lost my dogs file in the their computer and we had to re-create it again. Discovered the only Doctor worth seeing here is the owner, Dr. Sackler. She was always too busy to see us however. It appears she only sees patients she has a repertoire with; new patients have to see someone else. But the real problem we had here was twice we were given the wrong medication for our dog (luckily we double-checked before administering) and then the final straw was our dog was given a Rabies vaccine which had expired 6 months prior. When we discovered it on the Rabies certificate (which our town refused to recognize), they refused responsibility in the matter (they say it is the manufacturers fault) and said we had to pay for another. When I asked for a refund for the shot we were given, Dr. Sackler told us we should go use another vet. Will do Doctor.

Dr.Sackler is great and is, indeed, very approachable. She takes time to explain everything and doesnt rush through the appointment, which is nice. The office space is great as well - every room has a couch, to make you and your animal comfortable, which is a great feature. **Make sure you call for their most up-to-date price list, if cost is a factor in your decision making. It was in mine and was one of the reasons I had switched to this practice, but, at my dogs last appointment, I found out (after the fact, unfortunately) that their physical exam fee has gone up by almost $8 (from $49.92 to $57.50) in the last month or so. I sure wish they would have sent a notice to their patients for such a significant increase. Otherwise, I recommend.

In one word, Dr. Sackler is amazing! I cant tell you enough how helpful she has been throughout the years. She is so knowledgeable and breaks everything down for you to understand. She keeps the animal, as well, as the owner in mind. She was recommended to me by a friend who takes all (8 or so) of her animals to her and I have no regrets whatsoever! She has a passion for animals and it shows in her work. She is blessed with a gift that is well used!

Best Vet in my area and Ive been to Oxford Veterinary Hospital and Seymour Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Sackler is very nice and approachable and she doesnt try to gouge you for unnecessary treatments. She explains everything shes doing as shes doing it. The whole staff is really nice. I would definitely recommend this Veterinarian!

Came in for an emergency and she saved my dogs life today. If youre worried dont wait, go in immediately and get things checked out. Very competitive pricing but more importantly she fit me in with no appointment or previous history. Definitely a good group of people there.
