when Dr Engstrom was alive this was the best palse to bring your pet. dr engstrom was the best of the best. now the down side . twenty years ago his partner do dolcort made it clear she hated dogs and was a cat vet. i made it a point my dog did not see her. now with the passing of the good doc i will never bring a pet i love to that place. i gave it a shot and dr dolcort was mean wanted my dog muzzeled when my dog was nicer than she was and just like years ago she didnt want to be bothered with dogs. the best is if you know your pet and how to take care of them she will get pissed at you. RIP dr e find a new line of wouk so called dr d btw orange vet hospital is a good option for all you dr e fans like me

When Dr Engstrom was alive this was the best palce to bring your pet. Dr. E was are rare breed. I brought all my pets there for decades. They took great care of them. I moved and found a closer vet. I still here good things about Merry Field. Ill always remember this place fondly. I go past it all the time now on my way to Counter Weight a very fine brewery just around the corner.

Merryfield Animal Hospital is the best the town of Hamden, has in veterinary care for animals. Our dogs Laverne and Shirley, have received greatest care from the veterinary doctor for years. The ability of the staff, to help with all ages of dogs, is very realistic and helpful.
