I made an appointment for 4:15pm at the Manchester,CT Prohealth facility on Middle Turnpike and checked in at 4pm. I was called to the back room by 4:15 sharp. The physicians assistant took her notes. Mind you, she wasnt too friendly, but that might be a cultural thing. She said the doctor would be with you shortly. I waited in the room for 40minutes before she walked in again and said, " the doctor skipped over you. He must have forgot." She walks out, and another 30minutes goes by. I get up and walk out of the room hoping to see someone. To my surprise, there was no one around besides the ladies at the check out. I am without a doubt beyond frustrated with the level of unprofessionalism and disregard for patients. I would NOT recommend walkimg into this facility even if it were the only one for the next 100miles. One star in my opinion is still over rating this so called medical office.

My husband woke up with a fever and lower abdominal cramping and pain. I took him to ProHealth Express Care. It was 8am and we were the first to arrive and we were checked in right away. The nurse came out right away. After approximately 20 minutes, my husband came out to say the PA-C, Ellen Beth, who examined him, highly recommend we go to the ER right away. She was absolutley right. My husband was diagnosed with diverticulitis and needed anti-biotics and was given pain medicine immediately. They needed to do a cat scan for verification. My husband said that Ms. Beth gave a thorough examination and questioning and he was glad she did! Our thanks to Ellen Beth!!

Unacceptable. Only get to see PAs. The PAs dont fully listen and brush off your concerns. They treat everyone as if theyre run of the mill. Horrible. When they forgot to run tests for my white blood cell count a day after on the blood they took even when they said thats why they hadnt gotten back to me with the results, I was given an excuse "oh, your doctor can run those tests on your yearly physical." Great show of concern.

This place is awful. Would never recommend going to this place anytime. the service is extremely slow, unorganized, disrespectful and they have no clue what they are doing. This wouldnt even be the last place I go to get medical attention. Please I beg of you do not bring your family, friends etc to this place for anything.

Why are all MDs complete asses? Thanks for having me confirm my appointment 2 months out as a new patient and then when Im 6 minutes late take another person right away and not be able to get me in for another 2 weeks. You guys suck. Absolutely horrible.

They will not do a full assessment.The PA just rushed through everything , had me out in less than 10 mins. The medical assistant refused to take the pulse manually. Horrible service they should not work with human lives.
