Not friendly whatsoever, waited an hour past my appointment time, they "need" your whole SSN, and to top it all off they screwed up my blood work. Typically doctors only need the last 4 of your SSN. Your SSN is between you, the IRS, and anyone who gives you a paycheck. Not doctors. After they told me they need my SSN, I politely asked for a manager. They said, "theyre in a meeting, theyll be with you shortly" after an hour of waiting the manager never shows and they hesitantly take me for my physical. Not impressed whatsoever with staff professionalism.
