The gleaming new office and its ambiance gave a good first impression. But the exam produced a multiple of biopsies relative to all my other exams in the last two decades. When I got the bill, each service was way higher than that charged by other doctors that I have seen. Coincidence that much higher incentives led to many more services? Maybe. The combination was extremely profitable for the doctor but an unpleasant surprise for me. The lab cost was also high and I got the impression that the practice had an equity interest in the lab. So much higher fees, profit linkages and the sharply higher number of biopsies left me with an uneasy feeling. I cannot be certain of anything other than the cost of one visit to me - it was in a different zip code from other dermatologists. And the bedside manner of the doctor that I saw was a little worse than the other doctors that I have used in the past...

AMAZING GROUP! My son had been treated by my Dermatologist in Westport for a nasty Planters wart, he was leaving for sleep away camp in 10 days and the wart was bleeding and cracking...they told us the earliest they could see him was after he left for camp. We were referred to Connecticut Dermatology. When I called I was given 3 available appointments within the next 48 hours! We saw the Dr the next day! We arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork but we were seen 10 minutes before our appointment time! We left, having been checked in as a new patient, treated by a Dr, and scheduled our next appointment all by 4 minutes after our scheduled time! AMAZING! The entire staff, from receptionist, to nurse, to Dr, to check out was happy and helpful! Our family has found a new dermatologist!

I started going to CDG after someone recommended them to me. WOW! Is all I could really say about them. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming while also maintaining professionalism at all times. Everyone, from the front desk, nurses and doctors are a pleasure to work with! The office is extremely sanitary and has state of the art equipment. My first visit I had some major concerns and was hesitate at first but Erin Myers-Albaridi took the time to listen to what I needed and wanted. I really felt like all my concerns were taken seriously. I was then given a plan in which fit my individual needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I thought the doctor I saw was great. Typical front staff, but the dr. was very good. I cant comment the lab fees and such b/c my insurance covered it, but not once did he try and sell me some bs overpriced skin product. He was honest, prescribed some med for oily skin that also helped clear zits from shaving, said I need to use sun block more often and that was that.

Staff is not pleasant at all, each visit of mine was rushed by the PA (Erin Meyers). I never even received what I needed treated here, she just sold me other office products that are not what I needed for my skin condition. She is not very knowledgable and if you have the opportunity to ask for an actual MD there, please do so!

Dr Robinson was remarkably professional and friendly! The front desk people were helpful and courteous. Reading some of the negative reviews make me think they were referring to a different location because I had the opposite experience.

The dermatologist was extremely rushed, didnt address all of my concerns, sent me out the door with a couple prescriptions without providing any explanations why or taking a full examination of my skin. Never coming back.
