I will NOT be taking my son to this place again!!!!! We waited 45 minutes for walk in time and patients that came in AFTER us was sent back before us. Also I mentioned he has no insurance. I sent my husband up to the window to ask when he will be able to be seen yhey asked him if he had insurance AFTER I told them he didnt 45 minutes ago prior them asking and gave him 9 papers to fill out. It was a waist of time and its a joke. I didnt like the people on the other side of the window joking and talking about patients where everyone could hear. It was NOT professional what so ever!!!

Horrid facility. My child was seen by about actual doctor once in the year we had to use them. My last visit concluded with the nurse attempting to give my child a shot, stuck me in the arm instead & directly put the needle right into my childs leg. In my shocked state I said you just stuck me & she admitted she did. That was it. They also could never schedule my next appointment because they dont schedule very far out & suggest that you call or walk in. The staff is very unprofessional. Unless you have no other choice, I wouldnt use them & I seriously recommend you dont.

I really like this place. It could be a bit cleaner in the waiting area but everything else is great! Of course theres kids everywhere so im sure its super hard to keep clean lol. Ive never waited more than a total of 30-45mins to see the dr...from check in to check out it is very quick and simple. The staff is always friendly and they ALL are great with my little 2yo. The new check-in process(you fill out all paperwork on a tablet) is awesome because you dont have to write everything down on 100 forms anymore. Overall, this is the place I prefer to take my only child!

They were constantly cancelling my appointments. Their excuses? "doctor not available". Whatever the reasons are, I think they are just taking too many patients, and dont the resource to satisfy the basic needs of their patients. So my conclusion is Do Not go there if you dont have to! They are disorganized with my medical record, the doctor didnt even know where my record is after a nurse had promised me that she would pass it along to my doctor.

well how can I describe my visit first I called to make an appointment they told me I didnt need one for a pregnancy test so I show up like at 1:30 then time goes by and its 3:45 I go up to check why they havent seen me yet for the yong lady to tell me that she has no idea why they have called me so yha I didnt think there could be a worse place then the dnv but there is so if you want to wast all your day doing nothing its a good place to go

They literally NEVER answer the telephone for appointments or anything at all. Ive called 5 times in the past 2 days on separate occasions, left voicemails and still have heard nothing back. When youre there for an " appointment " you are there for 2 or more hours waiting in the lobby. The front desk receptionists is usually extremely rude. Ill be on the pool out for a different primary care provider for my children..

They are with the county health clinics, so what do you expect? I only like one of the doctors there, Dr.Vasquez so try to request appts with days hes there. Make sure to get an early appointment, otherwise youll wait forever because like i said, they are with the county health clinics and take walk in appointments. Other than that, the care is average.

Ive been sitting here for 3 hours had a 915 and all they could say is sorry ...how do you put off a child with a seizure disorder.how can two receptionists sit up front and eat and not ask any questions..will be looking into another office for my daughter

This is the McDonalds of Pediatrician offices. Except it is not fast at all, less competent, and the staff cares a lot less about customer service. Ive been waiting 90 minutes to see a Pediatrician and we had an appointment. Im definitely not "Lovin It."

Waited over an hour in the waiting room before i was taken back, while other patients came and went. 1.5 hours past my appt time and STILL NO Dr. VanBuren. Is this the cable company or a doctors office?! Why bother making appointments?

This place is a joke. They falsely accuse good parents of child endangerment. When asked why they would do such a thing , the doctor laughs in your face. Kepp your family away from this place.
