I needed my pet rat of three years put to sleep, as he is old and his condition had been declining. Emotionally and financially distressed, I was calling multiple vets to see where it could be done. Their price was $20, which was the best around, however they were booked up. Even if they hadnt been there was no way I would take my sweet baby there for his last moments after the total rudeness and inconsiderate demeanor I was treated with over the phone. Perhaps their care is great, I dont know and I never will. I will never go there after being treated so callously and skeptically for having a pet rat. Every other vet I called was much more expensive, however they were very kind and understanding. Congrats CRAH. You made this trying time that much more unpleasant, and you will never have my business for any of my many pets, and I will strongly urge my friends and family against using you if they ever consider it.

I called last week because my German Shepard licked up some antifreeze, Fletch and Dr. Debbie were extremely nice and helpful in telling me that time was of the essence and to induce vomiting by dumping some salt down my dogs throat, And to buy some 100 proof Vodka and mix it with some juice and give it to her every 6-8 hours. By the next day our dog was just fine, I dont think she drank very much, but I also credit them with helping me to keep calm and get it done right away! Thanks so much!!!

While visiting my mom, and bringing my dogs with me, my puppy and her puppy got in a scuffle over a bone, and my puppy was bleeding...a lot. At 9:30 pm on a Saturday, they met us down at the office, checked out my Oliver, wrapped him up, let me stay with him the whole time, and all for an extremely reasonable fee. The month before, my moms cat had been hit by a car and they saw him multiple times during the week before he passed. All the time treatment was respectful and kind. Great place.

After visiting many different Vet Hospitals in different states I have Found that they are all Different... This is the Best Veterinary Hospital in Citrus County. The BEST... My Dog was diagnosed by 3 other Hospitals and Nothing was working. One visit and he was on his way to recovery and the visit was amazing. I am so glad to meet the staff and Doctors at Crystal River Animal Hospital They are amazing and Knowledgable and their prices are Amazing. Incredibly Happy.

They are very informative and will give you step by steps plans so it wont leave you guessing about what/why theyre doing something. And you can tell they actually care about the animals due to their fair prices and not the money which is such a blessing! Plus the staff is super friendly and comforting! I will definitely keep going there with my four kitties and will even travel if they move locations!!!

what a great place. staff is fantastic, thermal imaging, laser treatment. open minded, thinking out of the box. very kind and reasonable. always helpful, even if you are not coming to the office and spending any money. i just love them. thank you for being you.

Very small-scale waiting area and rooms are tiny and claustrophobic. Vets are high priced always. Their care here was good.
