I came into North River Dental with issues with my teeth that I knew I had to have taken care of. I knew it was going to be major endeavor. I am so glad a friend at work recommended North River Dental to me. From the time I was greeted at the front desk to seeing Dr. Delrose my experience with North River Dental was excellent. Bonnie my medical intake specialist, is a very efficient person who made me feel welcomed. Dena, who took pictures of my teeth was patient, kind, and gentle. Kelli who does the temporaries and color, is a true artist. Her process with getting the temporaries on until my crowns came in is incredible. It is an amazing process how she makes those temporaries. Thank you Kelli. When I asked to look at the dental bill, I was sent to Shannon, who showed me every detail on the bill, including what the insurance would pay. This was reassuring to me, no hidden cost; this is a straight up honest dental practice. Thank you Shannon for your patience. I had a question on the bill; I was brought to Sue who does the appeals with the insurance companies. Sue looked at the bill and stated that an appeal needed to be done. Sue did the appeal; I was informed by Sue that the insurance company decided that monies were due back to me. Thank you Sue for your help on that. The dentist that worked on my teeth is Dr. Delrose. Dr. Delrose is a very talented dentist who is gentle with your mouth. He is also humorous, which helps when you are in the dental chair. Dr. Delrose made me feel comfortable; he made sure I was not in pain. (You’re the best Dr. D!). Dr. Delrose and Kelli came up with the correct color for my crowns. This was no easy task! I feel great about smiling again,I am no longer in pain, my outlook on life is better. (Thank you again Dr. Delrose and Kelli!). I appreciate Dr. Delrose and his staff for all that they did for me. This dental group has the top of the line equipment with reasonable rates. If you are looking for a reputable dental group, North River Dental is where you need to go. Sincerely, Julie Anne Grover

I switched to Dr. Delrose because the last dentist I had tried selling me everything under the sun my first visit. Made me uncomfortable and made me feel as if they werent interested in what I REALLY needed. At North River Dental, I had such a wonderful experience. Very nice to go somewhere where the dentist is all about patient care. Checking in was nice. There was even a slideshow with my name on it as well as others, to welcome us to their beautiful facility. Terry checked me in with all my info and she is wonderful and bubbly. Great person. The cleaning was great and very thorough. My hygienist was Jesse. She made me laugh and took care of me. And Zack was hilarious as well. He did my x-rays. Doctor Delrose came in and he too was wonderful. Made me laugh like the rest of the staff. Took his time. Love to smile even more now. Staff are all very pleasant. Clean and elegant environment. Very comfortable.

Not a single bad thing could be said about North River Dental and its staff! I just recently started coming back to North River Dental after not having insurance for several years, and I could not wait to be back! Something I look for and appreciate in a dental office is new technology, and North River Dental has been doing this since I first started coming there. The office staff, dental hygienists and dentists are incredibly friendly and sincere, and are always looking out for you. The office atmosphere is comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. My hygienist, Kristin, was so friendly, and Dr. Delrose is such a fantastic dentist! The cleaning exams are always very thorough and the technicians take their time. North River Dental helps you feel confident about your oral health and leaves you with a positive experience. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further!

The best Dental Office Ever!! Both myself and husband has been going here for over 10 years Very professional staff and Jeffa our Dental Hygienist is beyond our imagination She always took care of our sensitive teeth But today I had to see Dr Raj He is so professional and was explaining my procedure every step of the way He and his assistant were both so courteous and made me feel so comfortable Thank you North River Oh by the way My cousins daughter was on vacation here from Long Island and she accidentally broke her tooth Dr Raj worked on her tooth and it was so professionally done Great job Doctor She still says great things about you and staff

Dr. Delrose, his assistant Dena and North River Dental are absolutely AWESOME!!!! I have a history of severe head trauma from getting kicked in the face by a horse in 1983. I also developed PTSD from all the surgeries, complications and horrific dental work. From all of my past dental experience I can honestly say that Dr. Delrose is not only a very gifted dentist but is also a compassionate and patient human being who has also helped me work through the unrelenting fears. I am regaining confidence that dental work can have positive outcomes.

I have spent over 50 years in different dental offices. I cant say enough about the welcoming experience. Every staff member I have met has been gracious, friendly and highly professional. You walk in and feel like you are part of their family. The reception area is the most important place, because it begins and ends with them. Over many years I have had numerous dental procedures at many different dental practices. Most were people mills, impersonal and focused mainly on making money. North River Dental on the other hand is more like a spa experience. The staff are extremely friendly, competent and respectful of my time. The procedures have been painless and the extra amenities to include fresh baked cookies are a nice touch. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking the best dental care.

Dr. Smalley is not only professional and has a terrific rapport with his clients, he is also hilarious and makes going to the dentist almost a treat. Ive always felt like he is 100% honest and very conservative with his treatment plans, and he has worked me in when I needed to be seen "that day" for something. My entire family and my sons family use him now for all of our dental care. He is good with children and adults alike!

I dont know anyone who enjoys going to the dentist, me included, but this practice sure makes it so much more enjoyable. Their practice is the only Dentist office where I look forward to going to my appointments. The facility is beautiful and roomy. The technicians continually attend ongoing training sessions to keep up with the ever changing technology that seems to always include patient care. I love North River Dental!
