I read the negative reviews before ordering, but thought Id chance it. What a disaster. My first order with them went relatively smoothly, so my guard was down. On August 3 I tried to place an order for a refill, but their web site was generating errors with all credit cards. I emailed them for help (no one ever answers the phone... its just VM). By August 10th I hadnt heard back, so I emailed them again. Heres the response I received, so you can see the level of literacy youd be dealing with: "Matt good evening, yes we are in business of course, there it was few days with the issue but IT department already fixed. Thank you so much an apologies for the wait. Thank you, Customer Service" I tried to reorder it then, but this time there was a glitch on the shipping form that removed roughly half the states (including mine) from the drop down menu. Another few days and then that was fixed and I unfortunately managed to place my order. On August 14th, I emailed them to check on the status and got: "Dear customer We are just waiting on he Dr to approve it." On August 21 I emailed them again to ask status and got: "Yes Matt is leaving tomorrow morning product already arrived." On August 23 I emailed again asking for status and did not hear back until 4 days later. They cancelled the order because they did have the medication. Medication, which by the way, they had said in a previous email that they had in stock and was all ready to ship out. Heres the actual email from them, again so you can see the terrible English: "Dear customer good afternoon, apologies for the delay, we are waiting for stock from the manufacturer for the last weeks and is not release date yet. Here is a confirmation for the voided transaction. Please browse on the internet, maybe another store have it in stock until we receive ours." In my research, AllVetMed certainly had the best price on the two meds I needed to buy. But you definitely get what you pay for, and in the end, its cost me way more as Ive had to buy refills locally due to AllVetMeds inability to ship as promised. Whats more, I am realizing I really dont want to trust my dogs health to a company that runs such a slip shod business, and lacks even the most basic grammar skills. Have you ever heard of the Golden Triangle? It goes like this: "Good. Fast. Cheap:" Pick any TWO. Be forewarned you dont even get two with AllVetMed.

When my dog, Skylar, was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, she was prescribed Vetmedin. A 2 week supply of Vetmedin from my vet was $100, so I obviously went to the internet to look for a less expensive alternative. I placed the order through AllVetMed on 6/3/14 and as of 6/24/14 I still have not recieved my order. I routinely checked the status of my order and after about 7 days of "processing" I finally contacted customer support to see why it was taking so long. They informed me that they had not received the prescription from my vet. Why was I not informed of this? I immediately called my vet to get the issue cleared up. My vet said they had tried unsuccessfully to fax the prescription over to AllVetMed 3 times. Who still uses fax machines? Why couldnt my vet email the prescription?? After contacting customer support again, they verified that they had, in fact, received the prescription. After another 3 days of "processing" status I called customer support again to ask why the meds had not shipped. They informed me that they did not have any in stock and as soon as they got their shipment, they would ship them meds. At this time I was day 12 of 16 days worth of meds. I kindly asked them to please overnight the meds to me so I can have them before my current stock ran out. They said they could do that. The following day I called customer service again to confirm that the meds will be shipped that day, they said that they would not be able to ship the meds until 2 days from now. At this point I had no choice but to buy the meds from my vet since I was not going to receive them in time from AllVetMeds. This was 14 days ago. I received an email saying my meds were shipped on 6/12/14 and I have yet to get the delivery. All the while, customer service didnt seem to care that it has taken over 20 days to ship medicine to me that my dog required to live! I would never recommend this website to anyone and would certainly never use them again for my current pet or any future pets. If they had a rating of less than 1 star I would certainly rated them that.

The worst company ever. I ordered my puppys meds thinking that they would arrive 5-7 days. A week later I called and asked about the meds and I was told that the Vets office never verified the RX. Mind you I paid an extra $3 to have them verify it for me. They told me the vet hasnt responded, correct if Im wrong but when I pay for a service I expect the people who offered this service to follow through. They suggested that I call the vet and I told them I would not be doing that because I have already paid for the services of having them verify it for me. I also told them that I wanted my shipping cost refunded and the girl Evelyn told me that shipping for 5-7 days meant 5-7 days after they verified the prescription. NO NO NO thats not what that means. So I was told that my shipping cost would be refunded. After receiving the prescription they told me they would expedite the shipping. Called the next to see if they can send me the tracking number for the package and was told that my dogs order was put in the backorder pile and they would send it out except that the vet is no longer there and they would need her to verify the RX to send out. Mind you its now been almost 3 weeks and my poor dog has lost all her hair on the left side of her face and neck. Thank god it wasnt a life threatening condition otherwise theyd be getting more than a bad review on google. Lesson learned... if you love your pets please dont ever use ALL Vet Meds!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have never been so frustrated in my life with a "business" First off, try and call them, 80% of the time you will not get through. Most the time my call is disconnected while waiting on hold. I ordered some heart worm med and tramadol for my dog. After t weeks of waiting I called. They told me the heart worm med was out of stock but the should get some tomorrow. No word the next day I tried to call beack everyday for a week with no answer, constantly disconnected. I finally got through to someone and they told me that, guess what, they are out of stock, buit they should be getting more tomorrow! wtf!!! So I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund. Weeks later, no refund and no way to contact them.. Two weeks after that I got the heart worm med in the mail!!! The one that I was supposed to be refunded! I sent it back, still waiting for that $70. And for the tramadol they sent me, a drug my dog has taken for over a year with no problems, caused internal bleeding! She was pooping blood for more than a day. My vet said there is probably aspirin in the fake tramadol they sent me which will cause that in dogs. I will absolutely be contacting the BBB. DO NOT USE ALLVETMEDS!!!
