My husband an I rescued our puppy and brought her in for a check up. They greeted us with warm smiles and even helped our nervous pup get through the door. Once we got her in the room the vet techs were all ready to help her and cleaned her up real nice (she had a lot of ticks and stuff in her ears). Dr. Rodgers came in to look her and told us everything that was going on with her and any concerns she had. She gave us some great medication that was at a reasonable price. Our dog was pretty sick and had a lot going on. We are now going into her second week after visiting ark animal hospital and she is a new dog! She is more active and is always excited. We are so happy with the service we received from them and would recommended them to anybody looking for great service at great rates!

The doctor that is now full time should not work with animals. She was scared of my lab just because of his size. She fed him a jar or treats just to keep him away from her as she spoke to me about him being overweight. She didnt complete an exam and when asked, she said not to worry hes young and healthy. At the end of the visit, I was still charged for the Exam. I called the owner the following Monday and he was defensive from the very start. He will be refunding the exam, which proves she did not do her job. Ark will not get another penny of my business and I will tell the world of this experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS THERE!! That doctor is there for a paycheck and does not care if your animals are in fact healthy.

We have used this Veterinarian for the past 4 years for 3 dogs. Very reasonable prices. Kind veterinarians. Clean location. What I was most happy with is that they dont push you to buy services or treatments that arent truly necessary for your pet in your personal situation. They are realistic about what is needed to keep your animal healthy.

I have had a great experience at Ark. Kevin and his staff do an excellent job. Kevin is quick to call me back if there is a question he cant answer right away, and is willing to squeeze my dog in for an appointment when the need arises. The vet is awesome and takes time with my dog to ensure his well being.

Always amazing service, very clean, and they really care for our pets! My dog had a tough case of spay incontinence but Dr. Rodgers thoroughly helped until the problem was resolved. Wouldnt take my pets anywhere else!!
