I moved to Miami about 10 months ago and needed a new vet. I found Greenfield Animal hospital online, and having no other recommendations decided to give them a shot. Glad I did! The staff I encountered were all super friendly and did a great job of helping my dog feel comfortable during his exam. The vet techs and Dr. Greenfield did a thorough exam and took the time to answer any questions I had and made sure I knew what was going on with my pups health and what he might need in the future. Best of all, they had a Groupon for the annual exam my dog needed which saved me close to $100! Great, professional place with caring staff. I will definitely bring Dexter back if and when he needs anything.

I would never ever take my animal to this place, I saved a kitten that had been hit by a car and Greenfield was the closest animal hospital in the area. I had the cat in my car and I didnt know how badly injured it was, I was just heartbroken to know it was suffering as the front desk person was "running the numbers" The vet did not even bother to come out to see the cat if I was not willing to pay.They wanted to charge me $450 dollars for the vet to look at it an possibly have the kitten put down. I took the kitten to Humane Society and they were very helpful and responsible and eager to help. Best of all it survived:-)

Wow...I came to the realization that this vet DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS AT ALL! Its essentially all about the money and ripping people off!They clearly Dnt care about the well being of the animals at all... Its reflected in the service and the treatment of the animals that are in their care! The African American girl at the front desk was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & DISRESPECTFUL... so much so that its a Necessity that I inform all CONSUMERS TO STAY CLEAR FROM THIS VETS OFFICE! As humans that are supposed uphold the well being of all animals they have failed miserably!

I HATE THIS PLACE!! NEVER GO THERE!! I called to inquire about a physical exam, they told me everything will be $180. Okay, I get there, I even signed a paper stating that it will be $180. They did extra tests on my baby that I did not confirm, nor did they inform me of pricing. The total came out to $633!!!!! They are crooks! be aware! I mean I would at least would have wanted to be informed of what I would be paying for, never mind that I am a "poor" student! CROOKKKKSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!

While one or two staff members are not the kindest or friendliest - Dr. Greenfield makes up for this in his dedication and professionalism. Dr. Greenfield never forgets to return a call or check up on his clients pets. Our puppy was diagnosed with canine distemper and Dr. Greenfield has not only taken great care of him, but has spent a good amount of time talking to us and informing us of what we can do and expect.

The best pet care experience around Miami. I have been a customer for around ten years. The service is amazing and the doctor is somebody who really loves his job. I definitely recommend them 200% With them I know my babies are in great hands with no hesitation about it.
