The best place Two days ago my partner and our baby (chihuahua) we came this center and was the best option. All people are super friendly and profesional too. Oscar The veterinarian, Alexandra and Elisa they got we múltiples options for treatment and payment the bills... the relationship is like your family... I loved this place recommend to 1000%... Thanks U so much El mejor lugar. Hace dos días fui con mi pareja y nuestra bebè (chihuahua) fuimos a este centro y fue la mejor opción. Todos son súper amigables y profesionales también. Oscar el veterinario Alexandra y Elisa nos dieron múltiples opciones para el tratamiento y pago del los billes... La relación con ellos es como si fueran tu familia ... Ame este lugar y lo recomiendo al 1000 %

The vet is more interested in his profit than your pet. This clinic overcharges for services, and will likely perform test and prescribe medicine your pet does not need. After being told a physical exam was $45 for both pets, I was shocked to have received a bill for about $700 at the end of the visit (about $500 of that was for the physical exam, and the remainder was for medicine prescribed and given during the exam). I refused to pay since I never agreed to those charges, and the receptionist called the police. What an outrageous way of dealing with customers. My one cat was allergic to fleas, and they didnt even prescribe anything to treat the fleas, only the symptoms (scabs). My other cat simply didnt have much of an appetite that day, and I was worried. He suggested he was diabetic, but I have not seen any bad symptoms since the visit 4 months ago. The kitty that was allergic to fleas did not get better after the visit, b/c giving a cat antibiotics isnt going to eliminate the fleas. I treated my home for fleas, and bought oral flea tablets, and both kittens are doing great. I wish I never took them to this clinic. Its not the price that angers me, its the misleading sales tactics they used by outright lying and telling me the exam would cost $45 and telling me that any additional costs would be discussed with me, and never once mentioning any other costs until I received the bill at the end. Thats very shady, and not something you expect from a clinic.

I DONT KNOW WHO MIGHT BE READING THIS BUT I WANT TO HELP YOU! Please listen to me!!! I am writing this on the day that I lost my Pup, unfortunately after taking him here..they told me his prostate was inflamaded and we nurtured him. My pup was fine the first 2 days, soon enough he started having seizures, the amount of pills were incredible, his pain would not go away,and he was peeing on his bed. I brought him back here and they kept him over night.The "Vet" called to tell me my dog was collapsing strangely, and that its something that he has not seen before ( an immediate trigger that he doesnt know what his doing). I took my pup to the ER and they told me his glands where full (unacceptable because he was supposedly checking my pup), that the MEDS given by this doctor was just for controlling the pain but not fixing the issue in the first place. I took my baby and after leaving my baby over night at the ER, I was called and informed that my dog had past away. I feel that after a week of my dog being seen by this doctor he should have had an idea that my dogs glands where full , unless the vet lied about checking my dog constantly. Vet said he hadnt seen a dog pass out this way before, and finally all the MEDS. Finally, the amount paid here for the outcome is NOT WORTH IT!

I came to meet Dr. Oscar and his incredibly helpful staff after I was seeking help for a street kitten that my brother found and brought home. The kitten was very sick and the local animal shelter turned me away with the kitten severely dehydrated. I called two vets asking for guidance and assistance, when I spoke to the woman at the Pet House, I could not believe how incredibly helpful and kind she was. She gave me an appointment right away and once we got there they ran tests, explained all the different reasons why the kitten might be sick. While the costs of such tests are not cheap, Dr. Oscar ran the tests for the most common problems first and even included some other services without charge. I can truthfully state that this facility and the people who work here are dedicated, honest and caring. The kitten is doing so much better. Im so glad that I found this veterinarian!

Me operaron mis dos perritos con láser. Muy atentos y profesionales en todo momento,antes durante y luego de la operación. Una de las mejores clínicas equipadas que he visto. El staff muy cortes y servicial. Ojala y muchas personas se den cuenta de lo grata y placentera que resulta esta clínica y no se dejen llevar por los comentarios negativos que he leído. Excellent service! They treat my cat in a unique way, very profesional, they really care about all pets, I have observed this the times I have been there, they are so nice. The first time I went there Dr.Oscar made a surgery to my cat and I was so sad and worried, and his secretary sent me photos to showed me that everything was going well, who does that? Very especial!! I also travel a lot so I need a certificate to enter my country and they are experts doing these papers, they are updated because regulations change all the time. I also think the costs are very reasonable. Thank you for your help and care. Love you guys!!

My dog was struck by a car on a Saturday night around 11pm. The vet...who is the referral by 911 if you live on the north end of Miami Beach, took more than half an hour to get there...barely spoke English (I am Hispanic, but I mean COME ON!)...and was rude....my dog was dead and I had resolved myself to that fact even before the vet got there....but then he asked for money (which is FINE EXCEPT I HAD RUSHED OUT OF THE HOUSE IN A PANIC WITHOUT EVEN SHOES ON) and while I sent a friend back to get money...THIS VET CALLED THE POLICE for "failure to pay." Bad service. Bad people. Go elsewhere for anything.

I Have been a long time client of this establishment. Have taken many of my cats there for quality pet health care up until NOW. I have set up payment arrangements and are paying some of the balance each time I bring him in. My cat has been under treatment for an ear infection, each time I bring him in for a followup, they advise me that he is not completely better and prescribe more ear drops each time, this has been going on for 6 weeks. Is the medicine even working? WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR MEDICINE THAT DOESNT WORK!

We were visiting from Toronto and our dog got sick with a somewhat rare bacterial infection attaching liver, kidneys etc. Dr. Oscar diagnosed the problem immediately and began an aggressive treatment plan. With thanks to Dr. Oscar, his staff and Molly for the blood transfusion our dog was saved and has returned to his normal life. The cost was reasonable given the intensive treatment required over 5 days in the clinic and subsequent follow-up. Thank you for the excellent service.
