Very disappointed with the vets office. They say they do complimentary nail clippings and ear cleaning at their yearly visit. I even have the doctor tell me in a voice mail message that these services are "complimentary" but at my cats yearly visit they told me his ears needed cleaned but did not do the cleaning. Instead I was charged $28.00 for a small bottle of ear clearing solution. I have been going to this vets office for over 20 years but since the doctors have changed it is very disappointing. At my cats yearly visit, we waited over an hour to have the doctor actually come into the room. My cat was actually getting sick from waiting so long. Poor patient care. I had to choose one star on this review, but I would not even give it one star.

I started bringing my pets here because when we moved back home, Twinbrook had the prescription pet food we needed for my cat in stock and was only 20 minutes away. 15 years later Im am still grateful we found them. Theyve taken impeccable care of my fur babies over the years. This past year we had to say goodbye to our cat when he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I cant thank Twinbrook enough for helping us through such a difficult time. Too bad they dont see bunny rabbits because Id bring him here too but we know our Sheltie couldnt be in better hands. <3

My dog would have died if I hadnt rushed him to get additional care. Sub par, incompetent, scary for how little responsibility they showed in a situation that could have killed my sidekick of more than a decade. Run dont walk from this clinic
