**DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL** A MUST READ FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO TAKE THEIR PET TO THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. OBVIOUSLY THIS TECH & VET ARE NOT TOO INTELLIGENT. I had a little 13 yrs 11 month old Min Pin named Gidget that I took to this clinic on Monday, July 6th. The technician and Vet advised me that the reason my little girl wasnt eating was because she had severe gingivitis and that they could put her under to do deap cleaning. As clearly indicated on her chart, my little girl had a liver condition that she had since she was about 1 1/2 years old and because she was drinking much more water in the past 6 - 8 months then before I advised them between her liver and kidneys she would either not make it through the surgery or set her into immediate kidney failure. The Vet then advised that they could do "awake crack cleaning" where they break away the rotten teeth, which I refused to do to my little girl. I received medication which my little girl took as directed for 2 weeks. When I took my little girl to Healthy Smile for a gentle awake cleaning they advised that my little girl had beautiful teeth and showed me, but that they couldnt finish as she was too stressed. Needless to say, it is apparent that the Rx that my little girl took excellerated Kidney failure and my little girl passed away on Sunday, July 19th.

They only care about your money, not your pets.Otherwise, the manager wouldnt freak out if you ask her a question. Did I already say she is not veteranarian???!!! If I could give it a zero I would. Unprofessional! Horrible!!!! I ask the manager a question about her reviews , not even a vet, and she yelled to have me removed in front of the nice staff!! Believe everyone. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE REVIEWS FOR A REASON!!!!! She would not let me ask her a question. They did nothing for my pet! They just want your money. Seriously...run!!! Your pet is probably better without a vet than here! The "manager" obviously is under alot of stress. Very unprofessional and the clinic has no clue how to treat new clients. If you want your pets alive..Dont go here!

My mother took my dog as an emergency to this hospital. The primary vet briefly looked at my dog and told her she should take her to urgent care immediately. Upon reviewing the final charges my mother noticed they were charging her for a shot that she never saw neither the vet nor any other nurse do. My mother questioned this charge for a shot that was never given and the primary vet began screaming at my mother, telling her to get the f*** out, and calling her several other defamatory names in Spanish. This was the biggest lack of respect and professionalism my mother ever incurred. I suggest anyone who has a problem with their animal go across the street to PetSmart or any other animal clinic they could find.

If there was an option of no stars, thats what I would give Kendall Drive Animal Hospital. I took my dog to get groomed and instead they shaved his entire body. He walked in as a beautiful poodle and walked out as an ill looking dog, we did not recognize him. The groomer was too lazy to brush his hair and claimed he had too many knots and instead of cutting his hair, he shaved his entire body. I could have done that myself for zero doralls. But money is not my main concern, I my poor puppy looks horrible, its so sad to see him. I will NEVER take him there again.

I wish I can give zero stars but its not an option. First off they will hit you with a lot of hidden fees just to jack up the price, or to make you come again. The manager is nice, I cant blame her she has to get a check. Oh, and if you are any nationality other than Hispanic, dont go there because they only cater to their people. You will be treated like a second class citizen in America. Either way, if you want to be tricked and hoodwinked, and you have the extra money for the foolishness then this place is for you.

Its clear that this Animal hospital is the last option. There are so many other hospitalstay in the area. You can easily get the sense of what one can experience by reading all the negative reviews. Im glad I didnt waste my time, 10 minutes on the phone with them...I knew it be a mistake on my end. The doctor should have someone train his staff. Its called being Polite, Respectful and Professionalism...youll go a long way by keeping those 3 things in mind.

The doctor demanded an xray when we knew from the start that it wasnt necessary, without even discussing the price with us. The bill ended up being $400, even with the pet wellness plan (which is a total scam) and all that was prescribed was vitamins that you could buy at petco. Theres like 10 more animal hospitals on 88th, dont choose this one!!!

Too expensive and non of the tech or the vets are professional. They speak so little English and prescribe unnecessary meds jut so they can charge you triple. Sure they smile and greet you when you walk in but there is a reason behind it, and that is to make you comfortable for when they hand you the bill you wont get shocked.

I have 3 dogs and they have been coming here since i first got them and the service is great! Everyone is so friendly and willing to work with you its amazing. I recommend this place 110% Theyre like family and not only that but they have an amazing staff. I love this place and so do my pets. =)

They have been NOTHING but GREAT to my dog and my family. Always very friendly, informative, helpful, and caring. Only complaint is prices but, hey, anything medical is expensive. Highly recommend! Appointments are VERY flexible as well!

Took my dog for vaccines because we were going to travel and had to meet all requirements for international destinations but they didnt give me all the correct information So ask twice, get a second opinion.

The staff here are very helpful and accommodating. The vet is fantastic. Our dog has his shots and exams as well as having been neutered here. The prices are very reasonable and service is great.
