I will recommend this Vet to anyone! The staff is excellent they are always helpful and friendly! They take the time to answer any questions and interact with my dogs. Yeah I have had a couple of bills I didnt expect but its not their fault one of my dogs had an extra problem a quote is a quote so I have no complaints about pricing. As for the wait time they are very busy because they have an excellent Vet! He takes time to make sure your animals are okay and is very helpful! It is hard to someone that cares for animals as much as him and his staff does around here.. I am sorry for all the other bad experiences but I have never went through any. They have fit my dogs in more times then I can remember and I appreciate it wholeheartedly!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. I am needing to get my puppy spayed. I called yesterday and was told that it would be $100 total to spay a five month old dog and they could get me in right away, so i made an appointment for 10:45 today. I made my 40 minute drive there, (was the cheapest place that I called), to sit in the waiting room for twenty minutes, then in the office for another twenty minutes. A couple shots later and $97 on the counter, i was free to go. Didnt even spay her. Was told that I now have to make an appointment to get her spayed and that it will cost another $112-$120. The only thing that made this visit not completely dissatisfying was the care and professionalism showed by the doctor.

Theres a new vet at Chester vet clinic. We met him today under the worst of circumstances. Our dog Daisy had reached that point in her life where the quality of life was so degraded that the kind thing was to let her go. Funny I cant remember his name, but the vet was so gentle and compassionate with her. Afterwards he even carried her to the car for us. Thank you for helping us make the right decision.

A friend of ours took their new puppy in the other day to get fixed. Was told it would be $70. Vet found a hernia and told them it wouldnt cost much more to remove it while he was in there. Cost totaled $300. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If it was going to be that much more, he should have warned them! I doubt if theyll go back, and I dont blame them... Be very careful as to cost!

Awesome people the are so nice our Golden Retriever had a hot spot on his neck apparently an allergic reaction to fleas. called this morning they got Charlie in this after noon Dr. Eric took excellencent care of Charlie. The whole staff are amzing if you are looking for a vet YOU can not go wrong with them. Thanks Dr. Eric and your staff

Went to get my dog a canine cough vaccine, so didnt need to see the vet. The vet tech gave my dog lyme disease vaccine instead...orally. She realized the error and gave him the canine cough. The tech sucked. Pay attention to detail!
