On my first visit Rafael was extremely helpful with suggestions, very patient and friendly, and gave me all around A+ service. He even provided me with a written order and guaranteed price for me to bring back for purchasing! When I did come back today to finalize the transaction, the lady who Rafael assigned to work with me was not polite at all; seemed short-tempered and unpleasant; and was impatient with answering my questions, as if she did not want to help me. It is a shame that the employees do not exhibit the same work ethic and customer service because had that second female worker not been present today, I would have purchased two pairs of glasses. Advice for Sears: Being that your stores are closing down at alarming rates nationwide, I would suggest putting the employees with better customer service on schedule to work on the frontlines, and keep the others behind the scenes.

I have been going here for 3 years and I love Dr. Thomas, hes very patient and kind. He do not rush your visit. He is very professional and answer any questions might have. Both my daughter and myself visit here. Would not change Doctor. Customer service can improve at counter. I would recommend this doctor.

I had awesome service today! The lady who waited on me was attentive and very very helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help me. This is something that is very hard to find these days. I wish I knew her name. She sees weve a raise.

Dr. Thomas is very kind, has a great bedside manner and is willing to take as much time as he needs. Hes one of the only optometrists I actually wanted to go back to.
