I havent wore glasses as needed for over 10 years. I went because my wife insisted I get glasses to help with my stigma. I went in skeptical about what I would come away with in terms of product and experience. When we arrived we were immediately informed by the ladies at the front desk about what we needed to have with us and filled out for the doctor to see us. Quick and easy. We waited no more than maybe 20 minutes on what seems to have been relatively busy Monday morning. Me and my wife saw the doctor after only a 20 minute wait and then 5 minutes later we were attended to by Alexa. She was very informative, polite, patient and understanding. We didnt make it easy on her since I wasnt someone ready for glasses on a day to day basis. She also made me understand the importance of wearing them constantly and we worked on frame selection together. She did a fantastic job. So far they have a customer in me. I think the selection could be bigger in term of styles and brands. I felt that some of the selection appeared too similar with just the brands separating them. Alexa explained some of the other features they offer based on my daily routine so that I would have my glasses work best for me. That was big for me. Showed she cared about the product giving the best results.

Ordered contacts Dec 5. Was told 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks, I am told it will be a month. After a month, I am told 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, I am told there is an issue with the order and that a manager would call me. Manager never called. After 2 months, I left a message for the manager asking for a refund. Manager never calls me. Refund hits my credit card. I had to call again to be informed that they will not have my contacts either, and that I will need to order them elsewhere. On this final call, I finally got in touch with the manager, Jennifer. She didnt even have the decency to offer an apology. She said she would email me my prescription...Still waiting. I never once got a phone call from them. They are disorganized, understaffed, unprofessional, and uncaring. No sense of customer service. Called my insurance company and found out they still billed them!!!

Well my experience at first was very disappointing cuz the treat of some employees but I decide to talk to a manager Jennifer and man she change all my disappointments in a very costumer service environment, she help me to decide an eyeglass that fit my face with the high prescription that I have and other employees was helpful and courteous as well after I talk to her,, if you guys dont see something that you like in the place , or a bad treatment from any employee just ask to talk to Jennifer I bet she will be gladly to help all your needs there and leave happy and satisfied with your purchase.

The doctor is very knowledgeable and the staff was friendly. Sometimes the staff is a hit or miss though. One day I walked in and there was a young lady at the desk who seemed to have an attitude. Another young lady wearing glasses was very helpful in finding a frame for me. But aside from her, the staff doesnt pay too much attention to how the frames really fit after you pay. Theyll know how to adjust the frames if you give them guidance but lack the expertise or experience to be able to tell themselves. Next time I need new glasses, Ill just go to Sears Optical or JCPenneys.

I went there with my 6 months fram,, only one leg open in the leg, so It was getting loose, because is a plastic frame .. The lady of the counter git them to check the prescription and bring them yo me in pieces saying : "I dont know how you can use this glasses like this ".I jump pissed off, because another guy checked them and saw they where not broken. The MD gave me a one month contacts witch Im still upset because my frame was beautifull. Stupid people!!!!

Where to start... One of the optometrists has horrible bedside manner, this place has a very poor selection of frames, the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, and some staff members appear to be completely lost!!! Please call and verify your complete orders before you drive all the way over there just to realize only 1/4th of the merchandise expected has arrived... Theyre definitely quick to charge but not quick to deliver...

front desk karina was rude and not professional, and the other girl next to her was the one helping everyone who came in very friendly how every front desk should be. aside from that doctor was nice and guelmarie who helped me was the best!! they do have very little selection of frames and i see sales people not doing anything just talking to each other at times.

Abosultey amazing place. Once I walked in I was greeted very generously. Almost everyone said hi and i was immediately helped by one of the opticians. People have given me ups and downs about the place but you need to see it for yourself. Alot of great choices in glasses too. Very clean and no type of unprofessinalism. Very stern an to the subject.

im from brazil, cane in to get glasses because its chesper and lady in the front pink glasses told me to go to wallmart where they serve turist better, the other girl was tryig to tell me something, she didnt let her. why? very rude unprofessional dont go here, no one should have a person like that working at a store lots turist in the area!

I had a great experience at this location. Johana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am very picky and I mustve tried at least 30 different pair of eye glasses, but she took the time to walk me through the whole process and ended up getting the best pair at an amazing price. Highly recommend this place!

my first experience with this office was 12/12/16 when I called for an eye exam, Jennifer answer the phone and asked me to hold and I said yes thinking it would be for a minute or two but I was on hold for 5 minutes, then went on to 8 minutes. Having a new client hold for 13 minutes was too much so I hung up.

Went in for my regular eye exam and front desk Karima was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Berocall was so professional and she listen to every complain i had about my eyes. They went out and beyond my expectations. Cindy was so helpful when it came down to choose my glasses. I will definitely return next year
