The doctor herself is very friendly and great with my son. She is the only reason this office gets two stars! The staff is ridiculous! Ive never encountered anyone who was kind, even in the slightest. I have always felt unimportant and like Im a bother. Theyve never been nice to my son and hes asked me before, why theyre so rude! There is also absolutely ZERO communication skills with the staff and the customer! Im beyond frustrated with them and regret ever stepping foot in this office to begin with, with the exception of the doctor herself!

This establishment must be doing very well. Ive tried calling them about a dozen times in the past month and they have yet to return a single phone call. I had the misfortune of ordering a pair of frames from them over a month ago. I was told they would be in mid week (I ordered them on a Thursday) the following week. That was over a month ago. I havent received a call and they dont answer their phone or return calls. Id avoid this location.

My thanks to Kathy the receptionist and all the staff from Eye Care Professionals for helping me get a dr that accept my Plan. She went above and beyond in calling the optometrist and even making me an appointment for the same day. Thank You Kathy you rock... Happy Holidays to all in Eye care Professionals and you will see me very soon. This experience had made my decision to go an give my business to them from now on. Hugs Luis Villafane

AMAZING SERVICE!! I was there today and though I was there for awhile it was worth it. The receptionist were very friendly I was having problems with insurance and they took care of it for me. The Dr she was amazing and listened to my concerns and at the end they gave me a good deal on frames I wanted for my son. Definitely going back!

I left 3 messages & 2 actually talked to someone on the phone about my prescription but never get back to me about my anything. It has been 3 weeks. I finally stop at their office and I had to wait for my prescription to be finish, after several weeks!? Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.

I visited yesterday as a new patient. They did an excellent job; very friendly, professional, and fast service. A very clean building. Thank you for a great 1st visit as a new patient. I would definitely recommend and will recommend my wife come here as well for her visit.
