I went in for a teeth cleaning knowing is was covered in my insurance plan and was told there was no charge from the front and the dental hygienist, Then I recived a bill with a $950 charge for the cleaning they had done other procedures that were not auth. I spoke with the front office they were not helpful at all and rude they advised that this is done to ever patient I also spoke with a nice lady in billing she advised that this had been happening and there was a meeting about making sure the patients know what they are being billed for so it would not happen any more, there was a discount given but I am still stuck with the bill

Great doctor and very nice great staff i have a huge fear of needles and doctors and they are very good at calming me down enough to do what needs to be done
