They were nice, but their service is sub par. I was given a numbing shot without getting swabbed first so the shot was painful and caused me to move, so the numbing agent spread in the wrong directions and I had to get the first half of the root canal procedure without proper numbing and the dentist treated me like a child for being in pain. It was also unclear to me wether or not the root canal procedure or the extraction was the better option, and I was informed they couldnt put a crown on my tooth until *after* they started the root canal procedure and told me I have to get an extraction anyway "in a year or two". Its been less than six months and Im in more pain than I was when went there. I would not recommend.

Sisters and Forever

This was my 4 year old daughters first visit to the dentist and it couldnt have gone better! She had to get a filling and didnt even know she got a shot! I am a single dad raising 3 little girls on my own and was forced to use Medicaid. Yours was the only dental office to take this coverage and got us in very quick. I was suprised that the level of service was as high as it was considering. You guys are awesome and I look forward (as will mt girls) to regular visits and health teeth! Thank you for an awesome job!

I had been on a search for a GOOD dentist for a long time when I ran across this office. I must say I had the best experiences here. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Due to some issues I was having with a tooth, I had to see the dentist 5-6 times in one month. Every time I came in I was welcome with a smile and I was through exactly what would happen on the visit. Overall I love this office, its staff, and the dentist is greatest. This is my permanent dentist now! I recommend any and everyone to try them out!

Great experience at Kalamazoo Valley Dental Care. Loved my hygienist, she was awesome! I had some trepidation because I havent seen a dentist in some years, but it was a warm environment. No judgement! Also, very low pressure. They did find a cavity on my exam, but I never felt any pressure to schedule right away, nor did I feel they were emphasizing expensive treatments. Overall, very satisfied with my experience, and will definitely be using them in the future.

After having TWO open margins(food under my crown), I am dissatisfied that I am still billed for a prodcedure that must be replaced. When I called to weigh my options after waiting weeks to speak with her, I dealt with the rudest customer service ever! Angela maybe? I used to enjoy this office, I would no longer recommend it.

Receptionist failed to pass on the x-rays that were sent to her by another dental place to the dentist examining me. When the x-rays were necessary at a different location (Jennison/GR), she failed to pass them on then too. That was just unprofessional. The DDS, however, does his job far better, and I am happy with the result.

My appointment was at 3 pm. I arrived at 2:50. I didnt get in until almost 4 pm. The Dentist was very good, but I was not impressed with a walk in going before me. I lost 2 hours of work (pay) and was the last patient to leave the office. My time is more important.

Love this office and the staff as well! Every visit Ive had, both doctors and hygienists are exceptionally kind and very thorough with their work! I left with hardly any pain after one if my fillings and overall Im very satisfied with my experience thus far!

Had to find new dentist and have all my work redone. Fillings fell out within 6 mounts and when I called to see about reparing they refused to return calls. I called about 20 times before I have up on them. Of there was a - star they would have goten it.

Very professional. My hygienist Jenna got me in right on time and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure she was going to do. The staff was very friendly best visit/appointment I have ever had!
